One thing to try is verify you have geocoding privileges enabled: 1. Sign into ArcGIS Online as the admin 2.  Navigate to Organization>Settings>Member Roles 3.  Ensure the role assigned to the account has Geocoding enabled under Premium Content. 4. Per-Machine Installations: ArcGIS Pro is installed for all users on a machine. The installation command includes the parameter ALLUSERS=1. Any user on the machine can access ArcGIS Pro by signing in with their organization credentials. Per-User Installations: ArcGIS Pro is installed only for the current user. The installation command includes the parameter ALLUSERS=2. Only the user who installed the software can access it, and they must sign in with their organization credentials. Both configurations require users to sign in with their organization credentials to unlock the application, but the installation scope determines whether it is accessible to all users on the machine or restricted to the installing user. Adding to @VenkataKondepati comments, another test is in the original *.aprx, create a Map Package from the Map View that continues to crash.  Import the Map Package into a fresh ArcGIS Pro project and save.  Try the workflow again.  If it continues to crash, then Venkata is correct. ... View more

My suspicion is that with the release of ArcGIS Pro 3.6.0, there were some changes to the various Python components that are not suitable for RVT for ArcGIS Pro.  The changes are - What's new in ArcGIS Pro 3.6—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation I did pull up the RVT for ArcGIS Pro website and the Python package release history shows an update from July 4, 2025 (before the release of 3.6).  The GitHub site where one downloads the add-in seems to be several years old - GitHub - EarthObservation/rvt-arcgis-pro: ArcGIS Pro Relief Visualization Toolbox Raster Functions - so like I mentioned earlier, I suspect there are some key differences between 3.5 and 3.6 that cause the tool to not work as expected. ... Hmmm...in your graphic are you using a Utility Network and branch verisoning or are you using traditional versioning? From a traditional versioning perspective, there are some QA/QC workflows to that should be run regularly as documented in this web page - Using Python scripting to batch reconcile and post traditional versions—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation  If these items are not being run regularly, then I can see a slowdown of many functions in ArcGIS Pro. @ChristopherEby2 - interesting.  Question for you - what is the character length of the username that fails at 3.5?  At the 3.5 release, the limit was 30 characters and at 3.6, that restriction is no longer present.  Further, there was an ENH-00121539 - "Allow ArcGIS Pro to handle user names, schema names and database names longer than 31 characters for DBMSs that support this functionality." that was implemented at 3.6 so perhaps that's why it works at 3.6 for you... ... For this workflow, I would highly recommend creating a mosaic dataset in your file geodatabase as this is the best practice to manage large datasets in ArcGIS Pro.  By creating a raster dataset, and loading the 100+ files into the raster dataset, you're effectively doubling the size of your raster datasets - one in it's native TIFF format and the other in the raster dataset.  Mosaic datasets will reference the TIFF folder, does allow you to create overviews and pyramids and has a host of other properties you can set.  To learn more, you can reference this page - Mosaic datasets—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation ...
