I have an institutional license for ArcGIS Pro. After formatting my computer, I could not relaunch my ArcGIS Pro. What should I do?

Are you using a single use, concurrent use or named user licensing model?  You did mention you formatted your computer, so silly question on my part, but did you reinstall the ArcGIS Pro software on the C: drive?
