Hi Liam, Could you list the model of the mobile device you are encountering the issue? The 3.11.164 is the production version and I was not able to reproduce the same as you described. A detailed info about the device model and OS version would be helpful to narrow down the issue here. And did the same issue occur on different surveys or only a specific survey?

Hi Liam, What version of the mobile app are you using? I am not seeing the behavior you described using the latest 3.11 production version and 3.12 beta version of the field app. Could you provide the version of the field app and the mobile device model you are using?

Hi Leonard, There is an existing enhancement request logged with similar request:ENH-000130572 Allow the placement of the answer field next to the question. This one is currently in our backlog. I encourage you to contact Esri Support. This issue has been addressed in the latest hotfix and if you set the version to the latest, you should not see this issue anymore. Hi Sam, The issue you described above is pretty similar to this existing salesforce issue and we are looking into this now. BUG-000134972 When accessing a secure survey via the ArcGIS Survey123 website URL sharing, the "You do not have permission to submit this survey record. The feature service for this survey does not exist or is not accessible" error message is returned when Portal for ArcGIS is configured with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA). Could you contact Esri Support and our Support team will assign an official bug number for your records. This number can be used to search for and subscribe to the bug on the Esri Support site.
