Hi Grant, Have you checked our EAC documentation on how to configure ArcGIS enterprise and Integromat using webhook? There is also a link to tutorial video on how to create feature reports with Integromat. Hi Dan, Could you try couple of things here? 1. Clear the cache and try to open the survey link. 2. Try turning the developer tools and monitor the Network to see if you can capture other information when you can repro the error on Chrome?  3. Try other web browser such as Edge or Firefox to see if you can repro the error. 4. Did the error occur with certain type of user role or some specifc users? ... View more

Hi, The geosearch does support geocoding function. You could type the house number and street information to search the address. Geopoints—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS  Starting at Survey123 3.0, geopoint questions include geosearch functionality, allowing users to search for an address or point of interest and have the map zoom to and place the geopoint marker at this location.
