Hi, Thanks for the form. I was able to reproduce the issue using your provided form. But I was unable to repro the same by creating a similar survey following your form design. We will look into the form you provided and see if we can find out the cause. Here just to confirm if I am following your form design correctly: 1. Create Page 1 and insert two select one questions(Q1 and Q2) and make them required. 2 Create Page 2 and insert one select one question(Q3) and make it required. 3. Create a rule to have the Q3 shows up when click one of choice in Q2. Please let me know if I am missing something here, but following the above steps I was not able to reproduce the behavior though.

I encourage you to submit this issue as a bug via Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official bug number for your records. This number can be used to search for and subscribe to the bug on the Esri Support site. If the issue is reported by other customers it will be attached to the same bug report, which helps us assess the impact of the issue and prioritize it accordingly. 2. FlightTimeDuration calculation does not work on the web form. >Again, there is an existing internal issue logged for this. Please also report this to Esri Support. 3. FlightTimeEnded spinner moves in 15 minute interval. >On our Help documentation, we did document this but the actual time interval is 15 minute, instead of half-hour interval. And could you also try the 3.12 beta version on EAC website to see if you are still seeing the same issue with the same mobile device? Hi Dedgar, As you are using enterprise portal, could you double check the default geocode service setting in this portal and make sure the user you signed in to the field app has the geocode permission assigned? Is the survey public? What version of the survey123 field app is the Apple device running on? What exact error did it show on the phone when the reverse geocode failed to run?

Hi Jamie, With 3.11 version of the field app, we are having issue with edit mode using the URL partameters. We had a backlog issue for this and will try to address this in the next release.
