Our Support team will assign an official enhancement number for your records. Similar requests from other customers can then be attached to the same enhancement request, which helps us assess demand for the enhancement and prioritize it accordingly.

Hi Andy, We recently addressed a similar issue in 3.11 field app. What version of field app did you try with Mesa3? Could you also try 3.12 beta build from our EAC website to see if the issue still persists?

Hi Oliver, Thanks for reporting this issue. This issue is being logged as the following salesforce issue and is fixed with 3.11 hotfix, which will be available shortly. BUG-000134714 Unable to see the results of a survey without logging in to ArcGIS Online although the viewing permission is set to Public. In the meantime, please try to use survey123beta.arcgis.com as workaround to view the survey result without logging in with all public surveys.

Hi Joel, We had looked into this issue and found out it's a regression issue with 3.11 version of the web application and had logged an internal issue to fix this in the next release. If you see a need to track this fix, I would encourage you to submit this issue as a bug via Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official bug number for your records. This number can be used to search for and subscribe to the bug on the Esri Support site. If the issue is reported by other customers it will be attached to the same bug report, which helps us assess the impact of the issue and prioritize it accordingly. Thanks for reporting this.

Hi Joel, Could you confirm that the survey which did not honor the end time is the web form only? I could only reproduce this with web form but not in the field app. if you use field app to submit the survey, both start and end time are honored as expected.

Hi Joseph, This is a known issue and we had addressed in the hotfix for the 3.11 web application. The web application was updated with the fix on the production yesterday. If you open the survey again today without using the beta website, you will see the fix. Thanks for reporting this. Hi Larry, It does relate to the email setting or certain rules your work machine sets to. Could you try opening the new incognito windows and try to log in with your private email account or work email account? I had tried to used both and it seems to work just fine with either emails I chose to use.

Hi Aurelie, Could you share the XLSForm and the associated media folder with us to test in house? The form seemed to load fine with survey123 field app(worked on both windows OS and iPhone8). But I can see the log is missing on the webform. Could you clarify that the issue only occur with webform but not the field app at your end?

ENH-000116357 With Survey123 for ArcGIS, allow barcodes to be used to search for existing features in the Inbox Could you give it a try using version 3.10 or the latest one with your workflow to see if it works?
