Hi Oliver, It might be that the data from the feature service is no longer sync correctly. Could you try this article to see if following the suggeestion would resolve the issue? Hi Aldous, Feature service response depends on the network performance and setting. There are many possible issues related to the performace/connection issue. It could be AGOL or network but unless you have a debugged environment setup, it's hard to narrow down what caused the send failure. As long as the feature service continue to work, your survey should be fine and just have to be patient or try othere network and mobile devices. Please monitor the behavior and if the issue is consistent with a specific user or specfic survey, please contact our Esri Support to go over some troubleshooting to see if the feature service is still working normally. Hi Daniel, No, you can log in to Connect using the same login account and the surveys you created from web designer should also appear in Connect as well. You can then edit the same survey using Connect. But remember, once you edit the survey in Connect, you won't be able to edit the survey in web designer anymore. ... View more

Hi Billy, For the barcode fields, did you click the plus sign within the attribute table and make sure all columns are visible? If you would like to perform a quick search of the attribute records, make sure the fields are visible and click the "Find" option on your web browser, that way you could search a specific value quickly without using the filter function. ... There is a similar request to remove the submit button in our ArcGIS idea queue: Suppress Survey123 Form Submit Button  You could create an ArcGIS Idea for a similar request with submit button. Hi Anu, Did you receive any error when you try to rename the feature service name from AGOL organization? You would need to be the survey owner to rename it. Adding a new field to the existing survey would take a while as it's updating the schema on the feature service. If your survey was creating with an older version, I would suggest to republish the survey without any addtional change first using the latest version and once the survey is updated to a newer version, try to add new field and republish.  Did the slow publish performance occur on other surveys in the same AGOL organization using the same workflow? Network connection would be another concen here for updating feature service on AGOL.
