Hi Caryn, When you contact Esri Support, just refertence the salsforce issue to Support service and they will link your account to this enhancement request. That way when this enhancement request is implemented, you will see the salesforce issue status update from MyEsri portal. Are you seeing the same distorted behavior with any surveys contained image questions or just a specific survey? Hi Christina, The Thank you screen can only be edited on survey123 website, regardless of the form creation(from Connect or web designer) and only one language(the actual Thank you Screen content) can be shown if you have multiple languages for your form. We do currently have an issue to support localizing the Thank You Screen content based on the form language but it's still in our backlog queue. I encourage you to contact Esri Support. Hi Chandler, When survey123 field app is downloaded and open for the first time, the app will ask you to allow using the location service and access to the camera. It could be that you might not grant the permission to the location service in the begining and when app is trying to use the location service, it will remind you to check or reset the settings. That would be my guess why you are getting that message. Next time, when you get that pop up message, please check your survey123 setting on the iPhone to see if location service is granted. If service setting is good but still getting the pop up mesage, please report to us with the version of field app you are using and the iOS the device is running on, so that we can investigate this issue further. Hi Benjamin, As you can see, the form will contain some inputs such as locale related issues like numeric input(comma decimal) and calendar display. We matched the form locale with the application locale to provide users a more consistent application usage experience. You would expect that most of users in Brazil would like to read the menu such as submitting the form and browsing app's setting in their own language while they use Survey123 field app to fill out the survey. Imagine you are a native speaker of Arabic and can't read English at all, but you would need to fill out the survey form sending from other country which set English as default language. You would expect to be able to use the survey field app in Arabic to set some of the configuration and also be able to read any pop up messages asking you to take the next action. If you can't read "Yes" or "No" button, you won't be able to complete the survey easily if you can't read English at all. For survey designer, you might find out a bit inconvenient to switch back and forth by toggling the languages but your users will appreciate if they can stay in their own langauge from the begining to the end of the survey filling.
