Hi Biran, Yes, this issue is Windows specific as Cree is not within the default font on Windows OS and required a separated installation of the font. Our Survey123 application does not provide Cree version of the translated app(UI and control) but Cree is one of the supported language XLSForm supported. This allows the form to contain Cree language content, but the app UI control will remain in English. For the font size from the Windows Cree language pack, it might be the font from the LP is different from the 3rd party font I referred to, thus, you see a difference of the font size. Other platforms such as MacOS, android device and iOS mobile device would be fine to render Cree as the default font could handle Cree without a separated font installation.

Hi Brian, It looks like it's the font issue. On MacOS, the Cree characters will render just fine. But on Windows OS, you would need to install the font to render Cree. Please install this font on your Windows OS and reopen the Connect, you should be able to see the Cree characters showing up properly using label::Cree (cr).

Hi Brian, Cree should be one of the languages Pyxform supports and Cree (cr) should be the correct label to use. I can see that the character will not display correctly in Survey123 Connect but showed up just fine in the XLSForm. We will look into this and get back to you shortly.

Hi Cecilio, Could you try to use the beta web application (survey123beta.arcgis.com) with the same workflow to see if you could see the saved draft? Make sure when you open the survey link, the link shows survey123beta and pay attention to the "Reset" and "Save" buttons on the banner. When you fill in the answers, check if the save button show "Saved," then refresh the page to confirm the saved content is still available.

Hi William, What browser are you using with web designer? Could you see the same issue with other browser application and try to edit the same problematic survey? When you mentioned that you can't havigate to the Design page, did you receive any error or simply no response when you click the Design page? Could you also try to open a private session(incognito windows) and try the same workflow to see how it behaved? What question types did you have with the problematic survey? Are you able to just add one simple question and accept all default name, then publish to test if a simple survey is editable or viewable?

Hi William, Could you provide more detailed info of the issue? Are you using Connect to design the survey or web designer? What version of the Survey123 are you using? Are you using ArcGIS Online log in or an enterprise connection? Could you confirm if the log in account is the same when you created the survey and attempt to update the same survey? Only the same account of the survey creator could edit the survey, so please make sure you are using the same account and the account is log in properly.

Hi, I was not able to reproduce this using iPhone8 iOS 14.3 and the field app 3.11.164. Could you confirm that if the bluebar still existed when the user double click the Home button and swipe the Survey123 to clear the background running app? When I swipe the app to completly closed Survey123 app, the bluebar will disappear and indicated that the location service is not utilized anymore. Was the bluebar still appeared when your user swiped the app on the iPhone7 iOS 14.3? Is this issue only occurred with a specific moble device or among other device running the same version of Survey123 and iOS version? Thanks,

Hi, It is by designed that Survey123 is configured to utilize your device's location when the app is open (background or foreground) to ensure the location is captured as quickly and accurately as possible. You will need to close the app by the following method on iOS and android phone described below: You can stop Survey123 using location services by properly closing the app, you don't need to restart your phone or remove location permissions. In Android this means tapping the overview button (which brings up a list of currently open apps), then tapping X or swiping the apps you want to close away. In iOS double-tap the home button to get the multitasking view, then swipe the apps you want to close off the edge of the screen. iPhone X does this differently, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause about halfway up the screen to get the multitasking view. When you properly close the Survey123 app, the utilization of location service should stop. Thanks,

Hi, Thanks for the form. I was able to reproduce the issue using your provided form. But I was unable to repro the same by creating a similar survey following your form design. We will look into the form you provided and see if we can find out the cause. Here just to confirm if I am following your form design correctly: 1. Create Page 1 and insert two select one questions(Q1 and Q2) and make them required. 2 Create Page 2 and insert one select one question(Q3) and make it required. 3. Create a rule to have the Q3 shows up when click one of choice in Q2. Please let me know if I am missing something here, but following the above steps I was not able to reproduce the behavior though.
