Hi Daniel, Currently there is an enhancement request for basemap to be consistent when setting the default basemap in Survey123 Connect or web designer. ENH-000124977: Make basemaps used for geopoint question in Connect and Hub consistent when authoring survey. You may want to track this issue for tracking. To workaround this, you could manually set the basemap from the basemap gallery on the web form:

Hi Dena, Currently nested repeat is not supported on web form, you will have to use the field app to collcet the data if your survey contains nested repeat. Could you contact our Tech Support to have them adding your head acount to this enhancement request? Hi Russell, After further investigation, the way to set the default location for Geotrace and Geoshape is using the map setting from Survey123 Connect. The default/calculation column in the xls form only works for Geopoint as we did use lat/long value to calculate the point, but not for Geoshape/Geotrace, as the field type is different. Thus, the current support for geotrace/geoshape default location is to use Survey123 Connect to set. Thanks, Shwu-Jing

Hi Chris, Thanks for the testing. It looks like we would need to make a potential fix for this type of 404 error. Could you contact our Tech Support to log this issue and then have a fix for this in the future release? That way you could also track the fix status with the salesforce issue in your account. To workaround this, please append the id= to the link and share the updated link to make sure we bypass the 404 error. Thank you for reporting this issue. We will move on the issue fix when we receive the salesforce issue.

The original link will go to https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/802a2afa3b5544a4ad9e83123b9a53ca and could you try to append the /?id= into the link as https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/?id=802a2afa3b5544a4ad9e83123b9a53ca and re-generate either TinyUrl or Bit.Ly link for the users who ran into the 404 error?

Hi Chris, I was able to open the link you provided on both iphone8 and Pixel3(android) without problem. The link does open the survey successfully though. I did not need to manually type the address, either. Did you try both address and QR code scan?

Hi Chris, Could you send the url link to me so that I can test it? How did you share the survey and did you use the link of the survey from Collaborate tab on survey123 website? Mobile users can either click the Link or scan the QR code from Collaborate tab and it should open the survey just fine. Thanks, Shwu-Jing

Hi Eric, What version of survey123 Connect you are using? And where are you seeing the default thumbnail with your survey? After publishing the survey, the thumbnail should be seen from the field app download page, or the content page in Survey123 Connect(My Survey Designs) page. You will have to download the survey again to see the update thumbnail though (click the circle icon on the upper right coner of the survey).
