Hi Adrian, Yes, please send me the public survey link so that I can check it here. Besides, I saw you mentioned about "Inbox" access. Just to clarify that when the "Inbox" is enabled, user would need an ArcGIS account to check the "Inbox" as "Inbox" does query the feature service data and would require log in. If a user just open the survey from the link and submit it from field app, there should be no log in requrired. But if user closes the survey and clicks the survey which downloaded in the app, it would pop up a log in as the "Inbox" access would require arcgis account. Hi Treg, I am using IE11.678 and Edge 44.17763 with two links you mentioned but did not encounter the issue when opening the surveys. As the issue is specific to IE/Edge, I'd suggest you to contact our Tech Support and provide the form for the analyst to troubleshoot further. If there is a limitation of what Edge can do, we will have issue recorded and could move on to the issue fix.

Hi Adrian, If the survey is public, user could open the survey with field app without logging in and submit the survey. To avoid the inconvenience of using field app for a public suvey(unless you need to), you could set the survey to open in browser directly on survey123 website collaborate tab. That way user does not need to download the app and could just submit the survey from any web browser.

Hi Edward, The input formatting/masking on the web form is not yet supported. Ath this point, you would need to create the form on Survey123 Connect for input format/masking. To raise the priority of this enhancement request, I'd also suggest you to log this request in ideas.arcgis.com so we can get more users to vote on this request to move the priority further. Hi Brent, What version of the field app you are using? With current version of the field app, the options we provided is "Send Now", "Send later" and "Continue this survey." I do not see "Recovered survey" option with recent version of survey123 field app. Have you tried the latest version of Survey123 field app to see if you still encounter the same error? We do have document showing how to capture line/polygon with calculation and also provide a sample of the form for beta testers to try. Hi Treg, I tried to open the survey you mentioned above on Edge and had no problem to open it. Do you still receive the error when trying to republish the survey? We do have certain issues which only occurs on Edge but not other web browsers. The recommendation would be trying other web browsers to narrow down the form loading issue. Thanks, Shwu-Jing

Hi Adelaide, I can see the same error you mentioned when clicking Edit in Survey123 Connect from AGOL org survey form options. This could be a protential issue we need to address. Could you contact your Technical Support to log this issue so that you have a record to follow up the issue status? By logging a salesforce issue would also help Survey123 team to track how many users are impacted by this issue and would promote the priority of the issue fix for our furture release. To workaround this and open the survey in Survey123 Connect, you can sign in your portal in Connect: Use Survey123 with ArcGIS Enterprise—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS After signing in, you should be able to see the survey from the menu and move on. In addition, I saw that you had aceess to the surveys which were created on survey123 website and never published and transferred to you. Currently, there is no possible method to grant the permission to other users to edit the design of the survey except the owner of the survey. If you would like to modify the survey which are shared with you but owned by others, you will have to copy the survey form and re-create them.

Hi Wilma, In 3.5 hotfix1(v.3.5.176), we made a change to store local noon time(UTC12:00PM) instead of previous midnight(UTC12:00AM) for today() and date question. That's the reason you are seeing 12 hours off with current build of field app. As the timestamp in date question is to capture the correct date, I would suggest you to use a datetime question to manage your data for further custom script purpose.

Hi Rene, Checking the specs on the website and it listed that Panasonic Toughpad FZ-B2 is running on android 6.0.1. Could you confirm the Android version of the device you are running? And have you updated the latest firmware?
