Hi Rob, As DateTime field is one control, there is no method you can disable the autofill on each individually. You may use the Hint to remind your fieldworkers to update the correct time but it's totally up to your fieldworkers' validation though. There is another way to use Start/ End field but it captures the survey time, not the time actually spending in the field: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2018/05/04/creating-a-field-with-the-duration-time-generated-automatically

Hi Jurgen, I will suggest you to contact Tech Support and they will evaluate your setting and identify if you are running into the same issue as I mentioned (BUG-000128809). If yes, they will attach your case into the existing salesforce issue to allow you to track the status of the salesforce issue under your My Support portal.

Hi Jay, The basemap issue was fixed with 3.8 version of web app. If you use Connect 3.7 to publish the survey and specify a basemap in Connect, you will need to go to survey123 website>Survey>Setting>Version>Choose "Always use the latest version.

Hi Kevin, The copy option of the survey is doing what it is supposed to--copy all values to another survey as the origional value. You may put the today() paraqmeter under calculation column in the xls form, instead of the default column. That way it will display a recalculate button to allow user to reset to today(). But please not the recalculate button is still needed to be clicked to activate the reset. It won't automatically reset though.

Hi Jay, Just to clarify, we do not release 3.8 Connect. The latest version is 3.9 and the previous version is 3.7. 3.8 is only limited to the web app version and it's also currently updated to 3.9. 3.7 would be the correct version for Connect if you prefer not to upgrde to 3.9.

Hi Rob, How did you publish your survey with? By Connect or web designer? Either way you can consider to use two separated field types "Date" and "Time" input, instead of "DateTime" field type. Both Connect and web designer allow you to use Date and Time separately and will force user to manually input both fields in the survey.

Hi Juergen, Just to check if you are using image question with annotate appearance in your xls form? If so, you might run into this existing salesforce issue: BUG-000128809 The "Failed to Submit" error message is returned when a survey is submitted via web and published to ArcGIS Enterprise and the XLS form has an image type question and annotate appearance in it.

Hi Amy, There are few points you can check here: 1. What version of Connect did you use to publish? I noticed that you have 1.1 specified in Setting tab in your xls form. You might want to remove it and use the latest Connect to publish the survey again. 2. On survey123 website, click your survey and check Collaborate tab and make sure you choose first or second option to have user open the survey from browser or an option to choose from browser or field app.

Hi Joelle, Could you double check the online doc to see if you have all required permission with the feature service you are working with? Use Survey123 with existing feature services—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation You may also want to turn on the Diagnostic tab from Connect settings to capture a log to see the detailed error. It might help you to narrow down where the problem would be.

Hi Dante, If you create the survey from web designer, you will see a fieldworker_view is created and referenced to your survey form, instead of the main feature service in your AGOL organization. You then can control the permission of the submiiter and Viewer from the Collaborate tab on survey123 website. Here is a post for how to secure your data for a public survey, which might be helpful: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/11/10/getting-started-with-public-surveys

Hi Brittney, Because Safari is part of the iOS operating system, its version is the same as the current version of iOS that you have. If you are running 32 bit iPhone, it won't support the latest iOS and you might not meet the system requirement for Safari version. Safari 11(iOS11) will be the system requirement for iOS device.
