Hi Amanda, I used connect 3.7.62 and published the map using World Topography, and ,make sure my web version is set to use "Always use the latest version(3.9)." Hi Kieran, The form has repeats and use pulldata in calculation, to be able to repro the issue, it requires to have all associated resrouces to troubleshoot it. I will recommend you to contact Tech Support to have them setup a repro case in house and troubleshoot it. Thanks, ... View more

ENH-000129863 Allow users to edit the names of labels for the ArcGIS Online Legend The "SurveyPoint" will not be updated on the webmap viewer, even you edited the item page. I encourage you to contact Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official enhancement number for your records. Hi Nadine, Survey123 Connect#3.9.120 worked to set the default basemap and web form is also reflected the basemap set in Connect. In Connect, go to Settings>Map and clcik the basemap chooser(red circle) and pick your preferred one, then publish the survey.  Now go to the web form, the basemap should still honors the basemap you set in Connect. User can click the basemap chooser(red circle) on the web form if they want to choose other basemap than the default one. The basemap chooser allows users to overwrite the basemap to their preferred one. ... View more

Hi Amy, Just to clarify the Version column in the xls form and you are correct that the version number is for the survey's version, not the Survey123 version: Settings—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation  It might be using the latest Connect to publish the survey correct the web form issue, but not by removing the 1.1 from the Version column though. ... Hi Janelle, Are you using the web form or the field app to submit the survey? If it's field app, you can use the option "Set  as Favorite Answers" within the form and next time, open the new form, just choose "Paste answers from the favorite," it will autofill the answers from the last survey. Currently there is no way to autofill the survey on the web form though. ... View more
