Hi Leo, This issue is similar to an existing salesforce issue we are working on: BUG-000129238 Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS does not recognize the decimal numbers if the Windows language settings is in Portuguese (Brazil). I suggest you to contact Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official enhancement number for your records. Similar requests from other customers can then be attached to the same enhancement request, which helps us assess demand for the enhancement and prioritize it accordingly.

Brittney, Is the same web form open and submit successfully on other browser or windows OS? Did you try the the follwing? -Windows Chrome/firefox/IE? -iOS chrome/Edge? When you mentioned some iOS devices, does that mean the failure only occur on certain iOS device but not all?

Hi Rex, You may want to check your FS to see if it's within the limit of 500 columns: Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation A feature service published to a portal has a limit of 500 columns, including system fields, meaning that your survey can have no more than 496 questions. The workaround for this limit is to include a repeat, and set repeat_count to 1 to extend the survey over multiple tables. This limitation is imposed by the enterprise geodatabase, not the portal. For more information, see Enterprise geodatabase size and name limits. You could also turn on the diagnostics under Connect Settings to check the log with more details error you are encountering when publishing the survey.

Hi Sarah, It looks like you are using the feauture service URL instead of feature service's item: Use Survey123 with existing feature services—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation Pay attention to the url link, it should be https://<your portal>/sharing/rest/content/items/<your_item_id>

Hi Levi, If you created the survey initially from web designer, and the basemap is not honored by Connect and field app, which is due to this salesforce issue: BUG-000109078 Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS and Survey123 for ArcGIS field apps (Android, iOS, and Windows) does not preserve the default basemap set while designing a survey on the survey123.arcgis.com website. However, if you create the survey from Connect, the basemap should be honored in web form if you set the web app version to 3.8. Survey123>Settings>Version>Always use the latest version(3.8). To hide the map in the web form, please check this post: https://community.esri.com/thread/247662-hide-input-and-compact-appearance-dont-work-for-geopoint-type

Hi Maria, Did you follow what Zhifang commented earlier in the post? Please also check the versions of the web app from Survey123 website>Settings>Versions>choose "Always use the latest version(3.8). Here is the comments posted earlier in Feb: Hi All, This issue has been fixed in 3.8 hotfix1 which is available on the Survey123 website now. For surveys published from now on in the web designer, the geopoint question can work in Survey123 field app as previously. For surveys published after 1/21 (3.8 release) and before today (2/11, 3.8 hotfix1), they need to be republished again in the web designer if you want to use the map of geopoint question in the field app.

The issue you described sounds like BUG-000126720 Basemap selected for GeoPoint question in Connect for Survey123 is not honored when viewing the survey through survey123.arcgis.com. This issue is addressed in 3.8 website. Check survey123 website and under Settings tab, did you choose the option "Always use the latest version(3.8)? You will either need to change the basemap and republish the survey in Connect and view it on 3.8 website.

Hi Jay, Here are the basemaps we currently support in Connect, when you set it in Connect, the webform will honor it. Currently, there is no webform version preview in Connect. Please note that Connect and web designer offer different funtionality and we try to sync the support for both Connect and web designer. You will see one being support and the other does not with certain functionalities. To honor the default basemap in web designer in the field app, we currently have a working salesforce issue open: BUG-000124917: Default Map location from web designer is not honoured in field app. Hope this help to clarify your question. Thanks,

Hi Geoff, What version of field app are you using? This problem should be addressed in the new release of field app and Connect. Could you try to download the same web survey again in the latest 3.7 Connect and preview the form to see if you are still seeing the same issue? Please also use the latest version of field app to see if the issue is still persisted.
