Hi Jocob, As we had fixed issues regarding the basemap/location between Connect and webform, I will encourage you to use the latest vewrsion of Connect to publish the survey to avoid any map related issue. If upgrading of Connect or republish is not possible at this moment, you may want to try to set the webform version to the latest one by going to survey123 web>survey>Settings>Versions>choose "Always use the latest version." and save the change to see if that would make a difference. Hi Debra, Are you using Enterprised portal or ArcGIS online? One thing you may want to try is delete the stakeholder view(back it up if needed) and unshare/reshare the survey to see if you can save the change. If you are still having issue, you might need to go Survey123 websiet>Survey>Settings>Versions>choose "Always use the latest version" and would probably need to republish the survey again to fix some internal issue.

Hi Mike, Based on my testing, the gmail connector in Power Automate doesn't seem to take the link URL correctly in the body content. However, the same URL scheme will work correctly in Integromat. You can probably reproduce the same problem if you change the gmail connector to Office 365 email connector. This should be an issue with Microsoft Power Automate and I will suggest you to talk to MS support regarding the email connector issue. Thanks,

Hi Jacob, This should work as expected when you click the Home button in the geopoint question map. The one you set in Connect should reflect the default home location when you open the map. What version of Connect are you using to publish the survey? Do you set a default value in the xls form? How did you open the survey, from field app or web form? Just note that if you made any change and re-publish the survey and some users are not seeing the updates of the change, you might have some permission access issue with the feature layer view: Problem: Survey results are not updated in Survey123 for ArcGIS Thanks,

I was able to copy the url link and paste it in edge installed on iPhone and it opens survey123 app just fine. So this shows the link does work in Edge though. However, edge is not my default browser on my iPhone and I checked the iOS setting and there is no way to change the defalt browser to edge though, safari is the only default browser on iPhone. There might be some security setting or the network access you are using on your corportate iPhone. Does this issue occur with all corporate iPhones you tested? Could you also try a private iPhone with the same url link open in Edge and see if it opens survey123 app? If only corporate iPhone is having this issue, that might be the security setting on the device, instead of the url link issue. From my initial testing, your url link works just fine with my private iPhone 8 using Edge app to open survey123 app.

Hi Yuanbin, When it failed, do you receive any error or survey123 app is just not opening? As you described, the link just didn't work when click the url in outlook app mail on iPhone? If you delete the MS Edge app and force to open the link with safari or chrome, did it work? We do have some specific issues with Edge only and this is might be related to how Edge is supported with custom url link on Edge. How about android phone? Does it work on android OS?

Hi Yuanbin, Are you using the webhook to send emails to outlook 365 using the custom survey123 URL scheme? If yes, did you set the content type as HTML instead of Text? If you are just sending the email to include the URL scheme, check to see if you use the HTML link and the email content is using HTML format. Please provide an example of the link you attempt to include in the email if the issue still remains.

Hi Guifen, It sounds like you are encountering this existing salesforce issue: BUG-000128706 When viewed on a web browser, a select_one question type in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS fails to function properly and fails to uphold the HTML styling and formatting when a choice filter is added. I encourage you to contact Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official bug number for your records. This number can be used to search for and subscribe to the bug on the Esri Support site. If the issue is reported by other customers it will be attached to the same bug report, which helps us assess the impact of the issue and prioritize it accordingly.

Hi Ben, Yes, the set favorite will continue woking in the Inbox. I follow your workflow and the paste the favorite answer does work: Open my survey Open the inbox Click on a survey Fill some answers, just the ones on the first page Submit the survey, and select to send it now. I can see that the survey that is being sent has a star next to it to show that it has favourite answers. Return to the inbox, select a new survey click on the menu to select to add the favourites, but it is not letting me Could you capture a desktop sceen video to show the repro steps so that I can see which part i was missing?

What iOS is the device running on? We do have an existing issue with iPhone6 iOS 10.3.2/10.3.3. However, user either encountered the lag time or freezed though. Could you have the same user try another survey with image question to see if the issue can be reproduced with any survey?
