Hi rburke-bsrc, What you are seeing is a design change since 3.9 for a multiple pages survey published from the web designer: In the web app, if the survey description is visible, it will become a dedicated first page (cover page). If the survey description is hidden, the first page will be the user-defined first page. We do have an enhancement request submiited for the similar request you mentioned, which you can track the status with Support service. Hi Jansen, We had removed the update button from Connect for a reason but starting from 3.12, you could install the new verson on top of the old version. You do not need to uninstall the app first and should be able to install the new version on an existing directory path. Hope this would ease your upgrade workflow a bit. Thanks, ... View more

Hi Melanie, Sorry for the delay in reply. Did you still encounter the issue now? Sometimes the fauilure to export data happens when there are updates on the server or network issue. When issue happens, did it occur with all surveys or just a specific survey? And also try with other data formats when it happens, to further narrow down the issues.  ... View more

Hi Jay, Based on that error message, could you confirm if you are tryiing to create survey123 on a portal instead of AGOL? And do you enable use shared theme in org settings?  We have an issue with enabling use shared theme in org settings on portal and cause an issue to create new survey. Hi Celine, The default map location will set to 0,0 for lat and long and it's located at the coean nearby Africa. If user did not input a location or click the map to place a map pin, the default location 0,0 will be used. I checked your survey and saw that you had made it as a required questions which required user to place a map pin before submitting. You might also want to mae sure the option to ask the device's location is enabled. All these settings should prevent a default map location being captured.   ... View more
