Hi Julia, Tested a survey with iPhone8 iOS 14.2 on Safari, it did prompt a warning to access the location though: Could you double check your location service setting from Settings>Privacy>Location Services>Safari Websites. Mine is set to While Using the App and Precise Location is On. What iPhone model did you use?

Hi Levi, To connect to the portal from the field app on the mobile device, the mobile device needs to be connected to the same network which the portal is hosted. You may need to VPN to the network and conect to the portal. The connection to the portal would be your portal home URL, for example: https://machinename.esri.com/portal You could try to connect to the portal first from Survey123 Connect and add the connection to your 10.7.1 portal. If you can successfully connect to the portal from Survey123 Connect, move on to the mobile device and make sure you connect to the same network as your Desktop Survey123 Connect and give it a try.

Hi Jessica, Yes, you can pan and zoom the map while using the vertex method. You need to click the cross button at the toolbar. See the documentation online here .

Hi Jared, For end user to enter an address in a text filed and populate the point from the entered address on the map, we now have a beta feature to achieve this. This new feature is only available on survey123 beta web application with a geocode appearance. Please check out the "Geocode appearance in the Survey123 web app" article from our EAC website and use the beta web form to test this feature. You will see the entered address is matched to an address candidate and pull the lat and long value. You can then use the lat and long value to populate the geopoint using the calculation field concat(number(${latitude}),' ', number(${longitude})) and pass the calculation for a geopoint field.

Hi Liam, Could you list the model of the mobile device you are encountering the issue? The 3.11.164 is the production version and I was not able to reproduce the same as you described. A detailed info about the device model and OS version would be helpful to narrow down the issue here. And did the same issue occur on different surveys or only a specific survey?

Hi Liam, What version of the mobile app are you using? I am not seeing the behavior you described using the latest 3.11 production version and 3.12 beta version of the field app. Could you provide the version of the field app and the mobile device model you are using?

Hi Leonard, There is an existing enhancement request logged with similar request:ENH-000130572 Allow the placement of the answer field next to the question. This one is currently in our backlog. I encourage you to contact Esri Support. Similar requests from other customers can then be attached to the same enhancement request, which helps us assess demand for the enhancement and prioritize it accordingly. Thanks,

Hi Dough, Regarding the minimal appearance with nested repeat, we do have a salesforce issue logged and currently it's in our backlog. The salesforce issue number is BUG-000133098 for your information to track the fix. There is no timeframe set yet for fixing this issue though. Thanks,
