I have a survey that has been published through Survey 123 on the web. Every day, data is send and I download the survey results as a CSV file. Recently, the export function stopped working: no file is exported and the download indicator arrows next to the "exporting" button just spin for as long as I leave the web page open.
A file is created in ArcGIS Online, but when I download it and try to open it, I get the an error message saying that the file cannot be opened.
I have checked an the "Allow others to export to different formats" box in the setting of the survey is checked so the issue doesn't come from there.
Is there a way to fix this issue?

Sorry for the delay in reply. Did you still encounter the issue now? Sometimes the fauilure to export data happens when there are updates on the server or network issue. When issue happens, did it occur with all surveys or just a specific survey? And also try with other data formats when it happens, to further narrow down the issues.
