Hi Jeff, Currently it's a limitation that images are not accessible in Inbox. There is an existing enhancement request submitted to support viewing/editing the images in Inbox: ENH-000112172 Allow users to view images from submitted surveys in the survey's inbox I encourage you to contact Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official enhancement number for your records. Similar requests from other customers can then be attached to the same enhancement request, which helps us assess demand for the enhancement and prioritize it accordingly. You could workaround this by using the Send box for editing the submitted surveys(only the ones you submitted locally with the device), or remove the required field for the images so that other fields will be editable without the sending issue.

Hi Tom, Thanks for the form and files. I tested it locally and the Inbox appears to work just fine. As your repeat is associated with the pulldata function with the external csv file, I might be that the pulldata function was not working properly with the existing feature service. We recently introduce the new implemetation with Inbox setting in both Connect and field app in 3.10 beta, you might want to give it a try with 3.10 to publish the servey and check the inbox in 3.10 field app as well. Please check this documentation on EAC and use 3.10 to give a try. Welcome to our Customer Validation site. If the missing Inbox records still occurs using 3.10 beta, I would probably try to create a new copy of survey and use the existing feature service, adding in the csv files and republish the survey as a workaround.

Hi Diego, Is the survey hosted on AGOL or an enterprise portal? Is the survey shared with Viewer under the Collaborate tab? If the survey is shared with Viewer, a separated link to a feature service view will be generated and user should be able to view it by clicking the link. Please check the Collaborate tab and make sure the survey is shared with Viewer so that whoever is granted as Viewer's permission should be able to access to the data.

Hi Rauf, To use the label instead of the name field, for select_one and select_multiple field types, you could use the jr:choice-name function in the XLSForm. Hi Nicholas, Is the survey published by Connect or web desinger? Is the survey hosted on AGOL or an enterprise portal? Is the State field associated with a select_one and choice filter? How often did this issue happened and when the issue happened, was the survey submitted by field app or web form? It will help to identify the issue if you could provide the XLSForm and the setup of the survey.

Hi Neil, With the beta build available in Survey123 EAC site, you should be able to link a webmap from "Linked Content" and refresh Connect(leave and click back the survey) to see the linked maps in the basemap chooser. Once you are able to see the linked map in the basemap chooser under Connect>Settings>Map>basemap chooser, you just select it as your default basemap and publish the survey. Now this basemap should be honor in field app and Connect.
