Hi Marco, It looks like you are opening the survey on the browser in your mobile phone with a readonly geopoint question. Please see the explanation from this post: https://community.esri.com/thread/251392-geopoint-with-readonly-mode If you set the geopoint as readonly and open in the field app, the current GPS location will be captured automatically.

Hi Matt, Is your survey hosted on enterprise portal or AGOL? And do you have repeats with your photo and signature questions? We have an existing issue with repeat images question not showing on Data tab if the portal is prior to 10.8 due to the queryattachment issue: BUG-000128098 Image attachments within a repeat question are not visible in the Survey123 for ArcGIS website configured with ArcGIS Enterprise . Please provide the detailed information of your configuration so that we can narrow down the issue. Thanks,

Hi Julio, Yes, it's possible. Please check the online doc to see how to use the Inbox query to filter the records of the survey: Prepare for editing existing survey data—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation Your syntax in Connect>Settings>Inbox would be similar to this: name='Juan' AND city='Santa Fe" Hope this helps, Thanks

Hi Tom, It really depends on how complext your form would be and the knowledge/skills the author has. This paragraph also explains when user should use survey123 web designer or Connect to author the survey. Frequently asked questions—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation I would also recommend to check What's new in Survey123 to see what new features are introduced to Connect and web app before you author the survey. Currently there is an en enhancement request for issue with instance name using jr:choice-name with instance name: ENH-000126922 Instance names should honor the labels in Inbox or Sent Surveys box of Survey123 for ArcGIS field app, instead of returning the name of the answers for select one and multiple. I encourage you to submit an enhancement request via Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official enhancement number for your records. Similar requests from other customers can then be attached to the same enhancement request, which helps us assess demand for the enhancement and prioritize it accordingly.

Actually I am looking at Settings>Safari>Location path though, not from Location service. There are three options "Ask, Deny, Allow" and wondering if this matched the Location service>Safari website. And also check all other Safari setting(Settings>Safari) to see if something does set differently from a working iOS device. They are initial points to check but would still be good to have Esri Tech Support to troubleshoot further for you.

Hi Stefanie, I don't have the iPad model and the exact iOS version to confirm, but most likely it's the device specific(or iOS version specific). I would encourage you to submit this issue as a bug via Esri Support to further troubleshoot this. In the mentime, have you tried installing other web browser app such as chrome on iPad and try to use Chrome to see if it will load the map?
