Hi Adrian, What version of field app are you using? The Inbox and Sent box view/edit/copy data to new survey does work slightly different in 3.9 and 3.10 but with signature question. As you described, signature is an image and user won't be able to see image file in Inbox due to the limitation. And with Sent box, user can see the signature but the send box is only limited to the local device and when copy data to a new survey, the image of signature won't be copied over, either. Your concern of copying the signature from Sent box or Inbox and viewing the signature from Inbox would be possible with the current version of field app. If you are seeing that signature copy/viewing issue, please let us know and specify the version of the field app you are using, so that we can check this further. ... Hi Carriel, What version of the field app are you using? Are the field app version identical from your Windows, Android device and iPad? Have you tried with an iPhone to compare the testing result? Hi Zack, What version of Connect and web app are you using? It might be that you are using an earlier version of Connect. Please go to the survey123 website and click the survey>Settings>choose "Always use the latest version (3.9) and republish again. You should be able to see the updated theme and background in both web form and field app. ... View more
