Hello @Mondi_GIS, Assuming your form is still similar to the one linked above, you would want to use the trees repeat and not the Plot_repeat. I would suggest either storing the indexed-repeat calculation in it's own question and referencing that in the if statement, or combining the two conditions to be something like: if(indexed-repeat(${height},${trees},2)>${top_from_mean_2} or indexed-repeat(${height},${trees},2)<${lower_from_mean_2},1,0)

Hello @RafaeldePedro, Please feel free to add ZSutherby_Survey123 to the group and I'll be happy to assist with taking a look into the behavior. To confirm are you using Survey123 version 3.14, if so are the questions that you are seeing not receive their URL values relevant based on other question(s) that are also receiving URL values? If that's the case we do have a known issue with 3.14 were relevant questions aren't correctly receiving URL values, please see this Esri Community post. We do have a fix planned in our March update which is planned to be released this afternoon.

Hello @DustyJordan, Thank you for passing this along! I had tested on a Samsung Galaxy S9 that's running Android 10 and I wasn't able to repro. We are working with a different customer on an Android crash with 3.14 on Android and in that case it looks to be a low system memory issue. After you see the app crash if you open the App Overview do you still see Survey123 in the list of apps? ZacharySutherby_0-1647968033749.jpeg If so this would indicate that the device ran out of RAM and pushed Survey123 to the background. If possible would we be able to obtain a Survey123 diagnostic log when the app crashes for review? Please see this documentation for obtaining a Survey123 diagnostic log. You don't need to log the errors to a console just enabling logging in Survey123 will log to a local file which can then be extracted from the device. If it does seem to be a low memory issue, do you have other applications running on the device other then the app you are linking from and Survey123? If you close out of all other applications and only keep the app you are linking from and Survey123 open do you see the same behavior?

Hello @RafaeldePedro, If you have the XY information in the Excel spreadsheet you can create a hosted feature layer using the data then create a survey based on the existing feature service. Please see this documentation for more information. One thing to keep in mind is if you have attachments with your data, that is going to require some additional work. In the attachments case I would suggest downloading the data as a file geodatabase in order to maintain the attachments. Additionally if you plan on republishing the data at any point in the future Survey123 uses attachment keywords to associate what image goes with what question and those keywords are lost in file geodatabases. This makes remapping the images to image questions when creating the survey based on the existing feature service additional work/consideration.

Hello @GarrettRSmith, Logic can be set up in a webhook to only perform a workflow if a specific condition is met, for example a question value equals some specific value. Please see this documentation for example regarding how to configure this in Microsoft Power Automate. As for the weekly reports, assuming you are talking about Survey123 reports I would suggest using the Survey123 module in the ArcGIS API for Python to accomplish this as you can configure your where clause for report generation to meet your needs. Please see this link for reference regarding how you can use the Survey123 Python API module to automate report generation.

Hello @StuartMoore, This can be accomplished using a webhook, depending on your webhook provider you would use the HTTP module to send an applyEdits request to the REST endpoint for the polygon feature service. In the webhook you will have all the information from the survey that was submitted to use in the request.

Hello @ShuhratSh, Can you please provide some more information on your workflow? Are you linking to Survey123 and including data in the URL, or are you using a JavaScript function to request information from a feature service? If possible would you be able to provide a video/screen captures showing the behavior?

Hello @DustyJordan, Thank you for passing along the XLSForm and URL you are using! I've tested on my end and am not able to reproduce a crash on my IOS or Android device. Are there specific values that you are using that are triggering the crash? Is there a specific device you are seeing the behavior on?

Hello @JaneRobbins, The source for the issue is the expression set in the required column for the insitu_visual_assessment question. Any question that has a relevant expression subsequent to the insitu_visual_assessment question will experience the behavior. The reason this started with 3.14 is we made a significant overhaul of our expression pipeline to resolve a number of crashes that were observed in previous versions. We've created an internal issue for this behavior, please feel free to reach out to Esri Technical Support and they will be able to assist with getting you attached to an official BUG. As a workaround in the meantime if you move your expressions from the required column to the body::esri:visible column that will resolve the behavior.

Hello @the-nomad, Thank you for checking that! The issue does definitely seem to be with the attachment associated with the feature service. I would suggest opening an Esri Technical Support case to have them take a look at the feature service. Were all attachments submitted through the Survey123 field app? If you submit a new test record with images does the same behavior happen with those images? Is this the case for all records in the feature service or just one specific record?

Hello @MatthewCarey, There is a pulldata @property that will return the portalinfo for the current authenticated user. This portal info property will include an orgID property that you can use to distinguish between users orgs. Do note that the portalinfo property returns a object, you'll need to use the string() function to access the response.
