Hello @LindsayKing1, What is the exact error that the users are reporting? Is your survey located in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise? I know you mentioned submission fails often, does this mean some submissions will go through and will fail at some point or do all submissions fail?

Hello @DarrenBeckstrand, Please ensure the user has provided Survey123 access to all photos in the iOS settings. Usually if access to all photos hasn't been granted the user wont be able to select the photo but I wonder if it's an OS permission issue that's preventing Survey123 from importing the photo.

Hello @DrJumaKhudonazarov, Assuming you are using ArcGIS Online, looking at the ArcGIS Online status dashboard it doesn't look like there were any service disruptions today. If you are using ArcGIS Enterprise you may want to check in with your organization administrators. If the issue persists please feel free to reach out to Esri Technical Support and they will be able to help assist in looking into the behavior.

Hello @DougEades-KYEM, This was an intended change with our 3.15 release, please check out this documentation for more information. Unfortunately at the moment Survey123 links aren't supported on Windows, we have ENH-000151516 logged to support this functionality.

Hello @ChristopherCounsell, We have BUG-000141398 logged for this behavior, please feel free to reach out to Esri Technical Support to follow the defect and get notified on updates. Unfortunately the only workaround is what you had noted, it's to open the survey main page to download the CSV before using the link.

Hello @AnneDunckel @JohnMarino @KelseyMartin, Thank you for testing and confirming this helps a lot! We are currently investigating the issue, we've received reports with other Samsung devices as well. At this time we think it's a BUG with Survey123 and we have BUG-000151297 logged for a very similar behavior on a different device where the same workaround resolves the behavior.

Hello @ChrisRoberts2, You can add two new columns to the CSV something along the lines of "last_update" & "value" for example and include the date in the last_update column. Since it's a CSV and will be present in the Media folder you should be able to use a regular pulldata() function to pull the "last_update" value from the CSV. Ex. CSV: name label last_update value a A Sept 2022 1 b B c C Then in the XLSFrom use pulldata('csv_file', 'last_update', 'value', '1')

Hello @Scott_Tansley, The issue where the Overview folder is opened when Collect is disabled came from a change made to fix BUG-000148938 which went out with our 3.15 August update (3.15.156). We have a fix for the Overview issue planned for our 3.15 September update which is anticipated to release in a couple of weeks.

Hello @Alena @TanGnar, This issue looks to be due to extra bloat in XLSFroms. For example if there are a number of extra columns or rows in the XLSForm that aren't used but are making the file size larger may cause this conversion error. If you delete any extra columns on all the worksheets in the XLSForm to reduce the file size that should help resolve the issue.

Hello @Andrew-Bowne, I'm not seeing this issue on my end with a test survey. A few questions I have are: - Is your survey hosted in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise? - Do you have a region set in your Make account? - For example I have my region set to US - Does this happen for multiple different surveys or just one specific survey?

Hello @AprilChipman, Just to confirm the feature service in your ArcGIS Enterprise organization doesn't have the word Hosted next to it correct? If not do you have other data coming from the same EGDB running into the same issue or do you see feature changes reflected between the EGDB and ArcGIS Enterprise with other feature classes?
