Hello @MarlaJohnson, In the Outbox if you select the red icon a pop up should appear, does that pop up have any additional error messages? I would suggest reaching out to Esri Technical Support to further troubleshoot the behavior, a few things that will help in debugging are: - Please enable diagnostic logging in the Survey123 field app and pass them along for analysis. - What type of authentication is your ArcGIS Enterprise organization configured with? (IWA, built in, SAML, etc) - Is this happening only for 1 user or all users submitting this survey? - What version of Survey123 Connect was the survey published with? - If using the latest 3.16.105 version of Survey123 Connect please double check that all fields in the XLSForm match the fields in the feature service.

Hello @RogerAsbury, One option would be to use the new pulldata @layer functionality we just implemented with our 3.16 release. Assuming you have a previous question that requests for the service area you can use pulldata @layer to do a point in polygon lookup and verify that the location set in the geopoint is identical to the service area selected. That way your constraint would just need to be ${questionA}=${calculationA}. Please see this survey for a live example: https://arcg.is/1braCn If you select a state from the drop down list a geopoint question will then become relevant, if your geopoint location doesn't reside in the state you selected then a constraint will prevent submission, otherwise if you select the state your geopoint resides in you can submit the survey. Hello @3CDCOrganizationalAccount, To access data that was submitted through a repeat in Power Automate in the Dynamic content there will be variables that start with "feature repeats" and is how you can populate attribute information that was submitted in a repeat.

Hello @AmyRoust, This looks to be the same issue outlined in BUG-000139694, if you separate the pulldata functions into their own calculate questions, then reference those calculations in the if() statement does that resolve the issue?

Hello @DavidKumah, Survey123 can only work with ArcGIS Feature Services and cannot point directly to a Microsoft access database. Depending on if you are using ArcGIS Online or Enterprise you may either need a Python script that copies the data from your feature service to your Access database, or switch to using a SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL database registered with ArcGIS Enterprise. Hello @ChrisMaclaurin, I would suggest using an API debugging software like Postman for example, Postman has a nice GUI that help set up the API call to get it in a state where it is working. When it's up and running in Postman there is a nice code snippet functionality that will format the request in a JavaScript XHR format that you can copy over to your JavaScript function and modify as needed.

Hello @JamesRichardson_SK, Since you have the Object ID you can return the URL for the attachmentInfos resource for that feature the user will need to select the URL to open the attachmentInfos page in a browser, Survey123 won't be able to directly import the attachment(s) from the URL to a photo question.

Hello @LindsayKing1, If the issue is when selecting images while filling out the survey and not an error on survey submission the issue may be a device permission issue. I would suggesting having them ensure that Survey123 has permissions to the devices photo gallery.

Hello @LindsayKing1, What is the exact error that the users are reporting? Is your survey located in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise? I know you mentioned submission fails often, does this mean some submissions will go through and will fail at some point or do all submissions fail?

Hello @DarrenBeckstrand, Please ensure the user has provided Survey123 access to all photos in the iOS settings. Usually if access to all photos hasn't been granted the user wont be able to select the photo but I wonder if it's an OS permission issue that's preventing Survey123 from importing the photo.
