Hello @wilbanrw, The issue is likely with the network not trusting ArcGIS Online. If you try on your home network for example without the VPN does the same behavior occur? If the behavior does not occur outside the specific network in question I would suggest reaching out to your IT and ask they allow the following domains.

Hello @DaveK, I think what you have so far is good, would you be able to pass along a copy of your XLSForm & example CSV to check out? The pulldata function should be similar to the one retrieving the PWSID just pointing to the selected Treatment Plant and Facility ID column.

Hello @BriJasinski, The Nested Repeats sample in Connect demonstrates the geopoint overlay functionality and can be used for reference. I've also attached a copy of the XLSForm as well. Is the functionality working in Connect just not the field app? If that's the case please ensure the version of the Survey123 field app you are using is the latest 3.16.114.

Hello @AlexGIS, You will need to use an apply to each function along with variables to store the values from the repeat(s) into the variables and then append to your table. Your repeats will be modeled as an object in your webhook which is why the apply to each is needed in order to loop through each repeat record and extract its information.

Hello @EddyClark, Unfortunately, this isn't supported for image questions. We have an internal issue in our backlog to support this in the future but don't have a timeline at this time. Currently, only the file question type with the multiline appearance allows for multiple selections of files/images in one browse folder selection, and all the files/images will be added to the survey in one go. You can use the body::accept column to limit the types of files that can be uploaded to just image file extensions. Please see this documentation for more information: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/xlsformmedia.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_A2F2DA5ADD8646B99D2344DF4595CD4B

Hello @MartinBrandi, The expected token error likely indicates that a semicolon is missing from line 28 of the JavaScript function. If there is a semicolon there and the error seems like a red herring I would suggest using a tool called Postman to set up the http request. Once it's working in Postman there is a neat tool that lets you copy a code snippet of the request in JavaScript XHR format.

Hello @FiorellaRodriguez, You won't need query in the bind::esri:parameters column that's only for repeats. A couple of things I would suggest is making sure form 2 has it's submission URL pointing to the same feature service as form 1. If that is configured the name of the image question in form 2 will need to be the same as the name of the image question in form 1.

Hello @RogerAsbury, Can you please provide some more detail as to how your webhook is working? I had tested with a Power Automate webhook that simply listens for a survey to be submitted, wait's 30 seconds, then sends an email. In each of my tests the request to the payload URL took 350 ms and never triggered the retry logic. We are curious how your webhook is setup that the request to the payload URL is taking longer than 5 seconds?

Hello @RogerAsbury, With the 3.16 December update, logic was added to the web app to retry submitting a webhook if the first one failed. Your assumption is likely correct where the first submission is taking longer than the web app is anticipating and running the retry logic sending a second request to the webhook payload URL. We'll test to reproduce the issue on our end and get the issue logged.
