Hello @Bryan_Wade,  You will need to publish your field office boundary layer as a feature service to your ArcGIS organization. From there you can create your survey based on that layer so any submissions through Survey123 will immediately be reflected in the data.  Then any symbology configured on the layer in the Experience Builder app will be updated appropriately based on the responses to the survey. ... Hello @ChuckS,  You are right apologies I had missed the web app portion of the original post. HTML does not work in the web app when using required_message, constraint_message, External choice lists, External selects, or the randomize=true parameter with choice lists.  I've added this post to our internal issue to support HTML in the constraint_message in the future and also created an issue to update our documentation to specifically call out the limitation in the web app. Please feel free to reach out to Esri Technical Support to log an official Enhancement to track progress.  ... Hello @ChuckS,  If you published the survey from Connect there is an option to create a web map that is enabled by default. What's likely happening is you are seeing the linked web map in the web app. If you don't want the web map you can delete it from your content, or if you would like to keep the web map but have it not display in the form under Linked Content in Connect you can unlink the map.  ... Hello @cepsgis @bsklaohfl,  If you are using a pulldata("@layer") function in your survey that points to the same feature service the survey points to you may be running into BUG-000159544.  We have Beta builds of Survey123 in our Early Adopter Community that has this defect resolved. Hello @TedCronin,  This is possible using the pulldata("@layer") function. Please see this Esri Community blog for more information. The Query a Feature Layer sample in Connect demonstrates the workflow as well.  What you can do is query the layer the survey is pointing to to get a count of records that contain the selected timeslot. If that count is greater than 25 you can have a constraint that let's the user know the timeslot is no longer available.  ... View more

Hello @RutledgeNicholas,  In your second survey you will need to set a submission_url, in Survey123 Connect you can create a survey from a feature layer and Survey123 will automatically set the submission_url.  The Integrate with other apps documentation will be helpful for setting up the link to the second survey in the email.    ...
