Hello @CEMML-FortJohnsonCRM,  If your surveys are in the Outbox that means they have not been submitted. After the surveys have been submitted they should be in the Sent folder (assuming it's enabled).  In the Outbox on the bottom right there will be a Send option, this will submit all records in the Outbox. After selecting the Send option and they are in the Sent folder are the records still not displaying in the service?      ... View more

Hello @Bryan_Wade,  You can point your already published survey to an existing feature service, you will just need to update the submission_url in your XLSForm. Although if there are fields / repeats in your survey that don't exist in your service you will need to add them to the service before being able to publish the survey.  ... View more

Hello @Clint,  `string-length(${current_usage} != null)` isn't a valid expression. You could use string-length(${current_usage}) > 0 to check that current_usage has a value.  It is not possible to change the symbology of the Inbox map. We have ENH-000123894 logged for this feature. Hello @AmyForsthoefel,  Attachments are pass along to Power Automate as an array of URLs. What would need to be done is loop through the array, use the HTTP module to obtain the image from the URL, and append the bytes to a new array variable. Hello @mikaël,  Open ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, select the New survey icon on the top left, log into your ArcGIS organization if not already, in the pop up under the Esri section select Samples, in the search bar you can enter Query a Feature Layer which will filter the list to just the one sample.  I you do not see the Esri section in the pop up you or your organization administrator will need to go to the Organization settings in the Survey123 website and enable Templates and samples from Esri.    ... Hello @WetherbeeDorshow,  There is not an easy out of the box way to include an image-map image in a report template. Please feel free to reach out to Esri Technical Support to log an Enhancement for this functionality.  With that said when you insert an SVG into the report template, Word gives the option to "Convert to shape" which converts the SVG into Word shapes. It may be possible with some advanced logic to return a modified version of the shapes depending on the answer. Depending on how many choices there are in the image this may be quite a bit of logic and especially if it's a select_multiple question it may be quite difficult.  ... View more
