Hello @Lisa_G, Thank you for confirming! In the folder where the survey resides in your ArcGIS Online content is there an _results or _stakeholder view service? If it's the issue I'm suspecting you should be able to see all data in that _results view but if you send one of your colleagues who is running into the issue the link to the view and have them open the data tab they should see the same issue.

Hello @Lisa_G, It sounds like your data is coming from an Enterprise Geodatabase and is published to ArcGIS Server is that correct? The folks who are editing surveys are they using Portal, or has the feature service been added to ArcGIS Online and the survey is published to ArcGIS Online? Is it always the same edited fields or inconsistent? If possible would you be able to pass along the XLSForm for review on our end? Are the updates present in the core feature service? This could indicate that the issue could be with the _results view as opposed to the data coming in.

@ChristopherCounsell Thank you for confirming, Survey123 is not at fault for the issue the same behavior can be reproduced taking Survey123 out of the equation. Just using https://fieldmaps.arcgis.app?itemID=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX reproduces the issue. How these links work is they require a web server which is then configured for the OS to know what bundle ID to redirect to. For example https://survey123.arcgis.app/ in a web browser will bring you to a Survey123 website which on iOS and Android if the Survey123 field app is installed will redirect to the app. It looks like the web server for Field Maps (https://fieldmaps.arcgis.app/) is down. @ColinLawrence @KevinBurke

Hello @CEMML-FortJohnsonCRM, Is the feature service that Survey123 submitting to in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise? Is the feature service a hosted feature service or an ArcGIS Server feature service? I know you mentioned some records are not populating online does this mean not every user is reproducing the issue and the user(s) that are are seeing it inconsistently? For the folks who are seeing the issue would you be able to capture a diagnostic log when the behavior is reproduced?

Hello @ConsueloMartinez, The Survey123 geopoint question only supports an input of latitude and longitude in decimal degrees. Please see the Geopoints documentation for more information. You may be able to use a custom JavaScript function to convert the UTM coordinates to decimal degrees.

Hello @NathanGabbard, You can create a hosted feature layer view of the data and in the views definition you can set a filter so that any records <any time field you would like to use> in the last 30 days are present in the view layer.

Hello @CEMML-FortJohnsonCRM, If your surveys are in the Outbox that means they have not been submitted. After the surveys have been submitted they should be in the Sent folder (assuming it's enabled). In the Outbox on the bottom right there will be a Send option, this will submit all records in the Outbox. After selecting the Send option and they are in the Sent folder are the records still not displaying in the service?

Hello @Bryan_Wade, You can point your already published survey to an existing feature service, you will just need to update the submission_url in your XLSForm. Although if there are fields / repeats in your survey that don't exist in your service you will need to add them to the service before being able to publish the survey.

Hello @Clint, `string-length(${current_usage} != null)` isn't a valid expression. You could use string-length(${current_usage}) > 0 to check that current_usage has a value. It is not possible to change the symbology of the Inbox map. We have ENH-000123894 logged for this feature. Hello @AmyForsthoefel, Attachments are pass along to Power Automate as an array of URLs. What would need to be done is loop through the array, use the HTTP module to obtain the image from the URL, and append the bytes to a new array variable. From there you can upload the images to OneDrive or upload them where you would like those photos to reside. Please see this Esri Community blog for the general workflow.

Hello @mikaël, Open ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, select the New survey icon on the top left, log into your ArcGIS organization if not already, in the pop up under the Esri section select Samples, in the search bar you can enter Query a Feature Layer which will filter the list to just the one sample. I you do not see the Esri section in the pop up you or your organization administrator will need to go to the Organization settings in the Survey123 website and enable Templates and samples from Esri.
