Hello @ChuckS, If you published the survey from Connect there is an option to create a web map that is enabled by default. What's likely happening is you are seeing the linked web map in the web app. If you don't want the web map you can delete it from your content, or if you would like to keep the web map but have it not display in the form under Linked Content in Connect you can unlink the map.

Hello @cepsgis @bsklaohfl, If you are using a pulldata("@layer") function in your survey that points to the same feature service the survey points to you may be running into BUG-000159544. We have Beta builds of Survey123 in our Early Adopter Community that has this defect resolved. If you test with the latest 3.19 build in EAC is the same behavior observed?

Hello @TedCronin, This is possible using the pulldata("@layer") function. Please see this Esri Community blog for more information. The Query a Feature Layer sample in Connect demonstrates the workflow as well. What you can do is query the layer the survey is pointing to to get a count of records that contain the selected timeslot. If that count is greater than 25 you can have a constraint that let's the user know the timeslot is no longer available.

Hello @RutledgeNicholas, In your second survey you will need to set a submission_url, in Survey123 Connect you can create a survey from a feature layer and Survey123 will automatically set the submission_url. The Integrate with other apps documentation will be helpful for setting up the link to the second survey in the email.

Hello @ChipMorgan65, Unfortunately we don't support a pulldata("@geoshape") function at this time. We have an issue in our backlog to support functions extracting different information from a geoshape question. The only way to extract information from a geoshape at this time is to use a custom JavaScript function to process the vertices. I've attached a sample that will extract a single vertex (what vertex can be hard coded in the XLSForm).

Hello @Bryan_Wade, You can set the question to be a read-only text question in the second survey, with that you also won't need to link the CSV to the second survey.

Hello @LarsMagnusson, If you navigate to https://webadaptorhost.domain.com/portal/portaladmin > Security > OAuth > Get App Info > enter survey123hub for the App ID. In the redirect URIs for the survey123hub App ID is https://internalhost.domain.local:7443/ set? If so does adding the external URI resolve the issue?

Hello @vaishalikulkarni00, Survey123 uses the /search API available in your ArcGIS Organization to query all feature services you have access to. Unfortunately this API endpoint is limited to 10,000 records so if your organization has a large number of feature services it may omit some due to the 10,000 record limit. We have an internal issue to work around this limit but unfortunately is not planned yet. As a workaround you can set the submission_url and map the question names and types to match the fields in your feature service.

Hello @LJackson29, Would you be able to provide a screen capture of the error message returned? Multiple people should be able to edit the same record at the same time. What will happen is the last edit will win so for example if we both have the same record open at the same time and you change the answer for question 1 to Apples and I change the answer for question 1 to Oranges if I submit my survey before you do the value for question 1 will be Apples because your edit was the last change.

Hello @EmilyBuck, The XLSX data validation doesn't have an impact on the function of Survey123. They are only there to help with your form authoring experience. If the XLSForm template is a little older the data validation is pretty easy to get jumbled up either through inserting new columns or copying and pasting data into the XLSForm. The easiest way to clean up the XLSForm is to run the Update XLSForm template tool available in Connect. This will copy your survey design into the latest XLSForm template.

Hello @LydiaCarey, The error in the screen capture is referring to a table but it looks like from the schema in Connect EJP Meters - Master Feature is being reported as a Feature layer. Is it possible that the layer in your submission_url feature service is a table instead of a feature layer? If the layer is a feature layer do you have a geo* question in your survey that is set to null in the bind::esri:fieldType column?
