Clicked on this popup which says "Heathfield Strategy Map" and clicked on "Inspect Element". It says target="_blank". I removed that section and clicked the link in the popup and i am able to load the map in the same window and not in a new tab. I suspect there's some main.css somewhere that's forcing the "_blank" property on the <a> tag. ... View more

Mind sharing some information? Are you using ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS as a web map? Are there any other layers in the web map besides the basemap that you are trying to take offline? Have you added both: Network analysis service and geocoder service and stored them with credentials? It seems like the directions widget uses these two services. Another thing that I noticed with the app was that it referenced two different values for the fields that came from the two layers. This makes me wonder if the selection was pointing to the same values for both. Would you mind changing one of the layers to "Closest Feature" instead of "Proximity" on both layers?
