Hi @ZacharySutherby , thanks for the response! There is only one task. When I examined it and clicked more details, I see this information: I just tested reports on another survey (both a single record, and multiple record task) and I actually didn't get the duplicate items. So maybe it's something unique to this survey...

Any idea why there are duplicate items being created when generating Survey123 reports? I've noticed this several times now. I definitely only clicked to generate the reports once, but there are two items in my content in AGOL:

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by writing your own "function" in the context of AGOL, but for custom applications you'll need to host them yourself, not in ArcGIS Online, as AGOL doesn't allow custom code like that for security reasons. You can use ArcGIS Enterprise for this as well. If you want to do things like administrative tasks, you can look into using the ArcGIS API for Python. This would be run in ArcGIS Pro or a Notebook, etc. and you can manage your online content programmatically.

You did "Sort Ascending" within the Survey123 interface? If you do it here, it should work... And no, you don't *have* to create a sort field, you'd only need to do that if the rows weren't ordering the way you wanted them to when you selected Sort Ascending or Descending.

I'm assuming there's a field in your feature layer called "Site Number" or something? The reports are printed in the order they are in the attribute table, and it sounds like right now they're just sorted chronologically. Do "Sort Ascending" on your Site Number field and then generate the reports 🙂 Note that if your Site Number field is a text field, you will probably want to add an additional field to the feature layer (number type) called "Sort" or whatever and field calculate it to be the same as the data in the Site Number field, since numbers sort differently than text.

If I'm understanding correctly, this sounds like something that can probably be done with Arcade, which is supported in ArcGIS Online. Where are you wanting to display the results? Do you just need it as another field in the pop-up that displays the calculation result? (if so, Arcade would be perfect). You could also look into creating an Experience Builder app which would use a map and an embedded Survey123 form, using ArcGIS Online. If I'm totally off in my understanding in what you're trying to do, let me know. 🙂

@JamesCrandall I am very new to creating geoprocessing services, but I attempted this building off the Layer to KML tool, as you suggested. When I use the service in a widget and try to select features, the server returns an error saying: ERROR 000840: The value is not a Layer. As I said, I am extremely new to this process and I'm sure I made a novice mistake when setting up the service. Could you possibly provide additional information on the best way to set up this service? Thank you so much!

well, if you're trying to add numbers together, they would all have to be number types. i.e. if you want 1 + 1 = 2, those are number types. If 1 + 1 = 11, that's text. Here's a screenshot from the Survey123 documentation showing the syntax to use in your calculation to make sure they are all number types. If you still have questions, sharing some screenshots of your XLS form might be helpful!

You can do this with the Python API or the GUI. If you do it within the ArcGIS Online interface, (assuming you're an administrator) you can view a user's content through the "manage users" option of the organization tab and then click on their username and "View all items". Within this interface, you can then bulk select items in their content and change the sharing settings. At the bottom of the page, you can set it to display up to 100 items at once so that you can select more items at a time.

UPDATE: @IsmaelChivite @ZhifangWang And a huge thank you to @Nuramalina_Diyana_AtiqahSharon at Esri for working with me on my support ticket and helping me troubleshoot! The issue was rooted in the version of Word that I was using to open the documents. My company has our machine's configured to do automatic software updates, so I didn't even realize when my version of word was updated. But apparently updating to version 2308 caused the issue where the first image of the repeat wouldn't render in the report. I downgraded my version of word to version 2208, opened the same report, and the photos displayed correctly!

@MeganEngel Regardless of how you author the survey, you can still view it in the web browser. Check out the "Collaborate" tab of the Survey123 website, it should provide the URL.

You can get a better understanding of the credit consumption for different services and types of storage by reading this documentation By far the most expensive cost for our organization is feature storage - we are a large organization and spend several thousand credits per month. You can get a better idea of what services are using up credits by reviewing the credits dashboard in ArcGIS Online (if you're an administrator in the organization).
