If can I add my two cents. I am also experiencing a slow loading on my W10 (Fresh installation) of ArcMap 10.5 ( 1:49 last test). Looking at the task manager I saw the ArcgisIndexServer.exe taking lot of resources. Since this process refers to ArcPRO and I remember I opened PRO last time about 3 weeks ago, I decided to kill it. Probably isn't the only process that slows the loading of ArcMap but at least now it opens in 45 secs.

Not a question but an account. Have you ever noticed that the boxes (below an example) change every now and then and they have always different graphics? Sometimes they are correct, though. Today I have these blue boxes, yesterday were search lenses... The small two on top are unchecked, checked the other three. I remember this strange thing also in previous versions. Easter Egg?

Jayanta try to select the dataframe and Copy from the edit menu (not rx click>copy) and then paste. It works for me but the rx click and then paste doesn't. (10.5)

It looks like that only ArcMap allows the custom rotation of the data frame for the time being.

Change the values, not the labels. If you change the values, the labels change accordingly. (Sorry, just realized that before I wrote "labels" instead of values.)

Not sure why, but it does the same to me. Do this: 1) labeling: change the values as you like 2) click OK to close the window (apparently I have to click twice) 3) straight after click Apply in the Symbology tab 4) reopen the Labeling and now it should be changed and the symbology reclassified.

Hi, not sure if it is what you need but you can give it a try: change the stretch type into Min-Max then check Edit High/Low value and change the values.
