I believe you have to publish your base feature layer (the feature layer that you're basing the geoform off of) with attachments enabled...but you might be able to go to that layers page in AGOL and just enable attachments. ... View more

I believe that I adjusted the number of returnable records before I published the layer to be above 6000. I have not noticed the problem today, and have rarely seen it before. I know that an update was recently done on the 20th, I am experiencing very slow Feature layer drawing as well as a lovely little orange exclamation point symbol on all of my maps, that says: The layer, Manhole_Collections_COS, was not drawn completely because it has too many features to draw. Try zooming in to a smaller area. This shows up on my layers with 6,000 features as well as my layers with 20 features. Just wondering if this is related to the update or isolated. I also just came across this same error with an offline map for manhole collection. I was also unable to find a solution and ended up overwriting the feature layer. The guys were less worried about the 21 features that still needed synced and wanted to get out collecting new features. ... View more

The solution we have been working on for the City is exactly that; a script that will query the feature layer for a specific field that is indicative of a new record (time/date/status ect) compile that query into a list or table and send an email to the people responsible for it. What we have probably isn't very elegant, and we haven't run it fully, but it is one solution. Just an update: I removed the basemap widget from my Construction map and it was once again visible to the public. Just today I had another map start to do the same thing. You click the link and it flashes to the app but then redirects you to the login page even though the map and all of its components are shared with everyone. My transit map started doing this this afternoon. I disabled the basemaps gallery and it works fine now. ... View more

Construction and Road Closure COS This web App was created April 5th 2017 and was fully operable and accessible to the public without a login up until yesterday (7/18/17). I have changed the share settings on all of the components as well as tried switching to a copy of the same map and nothing seems to fix the issue. As far as I know routing is not enabled and there are no demographic layers on the map.
