Just today multiple users in my organization are finding that the 'Edit' Panel for layers in or water map are blank. You can click edit- you just don't get any options to choose what to create- or the list of fields if you try to edit from a feature. Anyone else experiencing this or have an idea of what could be causing it? Edit seems to work fine if I open the map in Map viewer Classic.

Hello! Wondering if this is a known bug or if anyone else is having this issue: I have several maps that consume a hydrant Feature Layer. This hydrant layer fails to load and throws a 3079 error code in Collector on Apple version 12.4.1 and higher. It DOES NOT do this in IOS 12.3.1 or 9.3.5 (the other devices that I have to test it with.) It is also perfectly fine and loads/functions as expected in Android devices. I am not having any issue with any other layer that I have found, just this one. It is a feature class with a related table (Hydrants with a maintenance table) Thanks! Tiffany

We also have been experiencing this problem with multiple surveys. Some of our users still work on Windows 7 computers with Explorer as their only option. Is there no actual answer as to why this doesn't work other than 'Explorer is considered a dead browser'?

Solution provided by an ESRI Analyst: In the word document report template the field for F_Devsize the S is lower case but in the feature service it is capitalized. For some reason it worked fine since it was published in January but a recent update made it sensitive to capitalization.

Hello Zhifang, Thank you for your reply. This survey was created before repeats were supported in the custom reporting capabilities, therefore there are no repeats in the survey only conditional fields that allow for a kind of mock repeat in order to meet the requirements set forth by the department that requested the survey. Would groups result in the same issues as repeats? I will attach the XLS form to the question. Thank you!

UPDATE: been digging around and the feature service (when you look at it in the details pages under 'Data' shows 2000 records when there are only 100. Don't know if this is related, but when I export the feature service as a FGDB it downloads normally and has 100 records like it should.

Hello, Our Water Distribution employee using the backflow inspection survey contacted me yesterday about not being able to generate the reports for his survey. I attempted the same and we both get the same error below: Error occurred when checking the report template. Failed to parse "${F_Devsize2}"Field "${F_Devsize2}" does not exist or cannot be found in current parsing scope. Previously the reports for this survey were working just fine. There have not been any updates or changes made to the survey itself. I tried removing the report template and re-uploading it to see if that would make a difference but I still get the same error when trying to generate the report. The field that the error references is still present in the feature service and the survey itself is functioning normally. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks!

Yes all of the calculations that are failing to populate have contributing fields filled out. The crew only has two tablets. They were logged in previously with the same account (code enforcement).Just today I have created another account for one of them to use to try to see if it is one tablet or the other or if it happens on both.

James Tedrick I updated survey123 Connect on my computer and republished the survey as well as updated all of the tablets to the newest version. That seemed to fix it and since August 28th it has been working perfectly. Until yesterday. There are two records which again failed to populate the calculation fields. Support was unable to provide any help and closed the case after everything began working again.

Hi James, These are being filled out in the field on Samsung E Tablets using the Survey123 app. The mowers open the survey by clicking on the parcel to be mowed in collector and then clicking on the 'mowing form' link which pulls the parcel information into a blank survey for billing purposes. I think I answered your question, just let me know if I didn't understand properly. Thank you!
