Hi @AdminGISAdani , Thanks for sharing here! Is there any warning message returned? A screenshot might be helpful. I am also wondering if only one particular user is experiencing this issue. Could you please try sharing the survey with a test account to see if you can reproduce the issue? Thanks, Ruth

Hi @ArmstKP , The issue has been fixed in the 3.17 hotfix1 (currently available on prod), so the following 3 methods should fix the issue: Append ?version=latest to the survey URL or close the version lock In the website, fix the thank you screen message and republish the survey Republish the survey using 3.17 Connect We currently only fixed the issue in the 3.17 version, and we will try to fix the achieved 3.16 version in the next update (3.17 March update), then the survey with 3.16 version lock will work directly. Thanks, Ruth

Hi @GIS_utahDEM , Thank you for sharing here! Have you set up the "thank you screen" or "close screen"? If you have changed any of them using the website, please go to the Design and Collaborate pages to check if this content is displayed correctly. If the website Design and Collaborate page shows the same encoded content (started with %3Cp like the screenshot below), changing the content and republishing the survey on the website should fix the issue. Thanks, Ruth

Hi @erica_poisson , The fix is on the server-side, you can use the fix with your current Connect. The fixed service will be used when you publish and republish surveys. It is the same when you use EXB, the fixed service will be used when you configure the app. Therefore, you don't need to download anything. Thanks, Ruth

Hi @erica_poisson , I guess the BETA service is not successfully applied when you republish the survey. The fix is currently available on the production env, so option 1 should work directly without survey123=env:beta. If you still want to try option 2 again. This time the settings->service should be the normal https://survey123.arcgis.com/api. When you set the service, please close and reopen the Connect, then check if the settings->service is successfully applied. Republish the survey and then question labels should become strings. Since the fix is already on prod, the option 1 will always work; therefore, with or without republishing, the configuration should work as expected. The option 2 can be examed using the developer tool -> network panel -> question label as we communicated before. Thanks, Ruth

Hi @erica_poisson For step 2, we need to check the question labels. The question label should be a string like "example text question", rather than {"en": "example text question"}. Thanks, Ruth

Hi @erica_poisson , For option 2, could you please help check the following places in the developer tool? Use F12 on the keyboard to open the developer tool, while the developer is opened refresh your Exb app. 1. The survey version printed in the console, like the following screenshot. This will give us the information of your publish version. 2. The webform in the network, like the following screenshot. We will need to check the format of the label, it should be a string instead of an object if you republished the survey using BETA api. The object will lead to the error you encountered. Thanks, Ruth

Hi @erica_poisson We have fixed the issue, and if possible please help us verify the fix on the BETA env. We will push the fix to prod if the fix works for you. There are two ways to fix your issue: 1. Use EXB with param ?survey123=env:beta. This will make the EXB connect to Survey123 BETA env which has the fix. Your pervious 3.16 surveys should work as expected without republishing. 2. In 3.16 connect, go to the setting -> service, and use https://survey123beta.arcgis.com/api to republish the survey. Then your survey will work in the EXB directly. If you have any issue, please let me know. Thanks, Ruth

Hi @SMDSAdministrador Thanks for raising the issue, and the issue you mentioned has been fixed on current prod environment. The required constraint will be ignored if the question is hidden using body::esri:visible. Please test with the url parameter ?version=latest if version lock is used. Thanks, Ruth
