The pulldata layer function will assign the null value to the question regardless of whether ${is_web_version}='yes' is true or not. Hi @AnthonyJonesRSK  Sorry for the late response. What you described is not an expected behavior, I can reproduce the issue with version 3.19. It seems like the issue has been fixed in version 3.20, so could you please try with additional parameter &version=latest in the URL? Short explanation: Use $<$summary>$</> to generate summary with multiple selections from survey results ${#survey }...${/} is used to print out all the selected records in the survey layer. Are the donut-like polygon and the water polygon stored on the same layer? or different layers? If they are in the same layer, are they separate polygons or a single multi-part polygon? When you submit the survey with the donut-like polygon selected, what does the feature look like in the survey feature server? Hi @HelenCooper , You are right, the widget has to be used by a signed-in user. If you would like to use it on a public-facing app, please describe your workflow so we can investigate it more. For example, you would like to input another account's information for the report generation service. I also recommend you contact Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official enhancement number for your records. This number can be used to search for and subscribe to the enhancement on the Esri Support site.
