If you have permissions to edit the featureclass and hence its table, then clicking Add will allow you to add a field.  I am assuming that it is a featureclass in a file geodatabase that you own.  Otherwise permissions and file type may disable the Add option. ... View more

Are results automatically added to display for geoprocessing tools? Have you confirmed that the 2 *.tif files don't exist in the output folders?
