Hello,

I am very new to GIS Systems and i was wondering if in ArcGIS pro if the coordinate systems in the map have been set to GDA 2020; I use the 'Add Data from Path' to add data to my map using a URL.

Would it recalculate it from its original coords system WGS 1984 to GDA 2020 automatically provided there is a Transformation path added in the properties?

Best Regards,

Introduction to projection on the fly—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

By default, a map or scene is assigned the coordinate system of the first feature layer you add to it. Subsequent feature layers with different coordinate systems are projected to the map’s spatial reference (on the fly) in real time.

There are lots of resources for coordinate systems and related issues in the help topics.
