You have blanked out the path to the data.  The gdb should not be saved to a usb drive or OneDrive or other cloud locations.  Punctuation or spaces etc is also a problem.  Try creating the gdb on your local machine (eg C:\data), then create the featureclass there. You already have the areas where they overlap. Sym Diff gives you the areas where they don't overlap. Give it a shot.  It won't alter your input data and if it is successful in identifying the areas you are after, then you can "Merge" both sets of data to a new file. ... View more

python formatting is lost unfortunately.  I would start with showing your print statements (I  assume there were no errors) As for your input and output file, move them to simple folders without spaces and other flotsam and the output file would be best if it was a *.tif (esri recommended raster format), so r"C:\results\output.tif" as a test Then check the output folder to see if an output was created... if so, add it to your project (assuming your project is open at this point) ... From the help If the parameter is left blank, the default product .xml file at <installation location>\ArcGIS\Pro\Resources\Maritime is used. For example, the ENC_product.xml file is used for an ENC product, while the Chart_product.xml file is used for a paper chart product.
