Rachel, I am thinking this is a Pro issue, although, I was able to do share to a Web Map just last Friday (3/15). I was able to share a map package from ArcMap (not sure how you share Web Map from ArcMap?)? I have tried several different files types and folders when sharing from Pro and it just "hangs" in the queuing stage. Chad

Rachel, Something isn't right. I have tried share a much smaller Web Map, 1-2 layers, and I am still stuck on queueing. I also tried to share just a single Web Layer and I am having the same issue. Just last week when I was experimenting with this same process the Web Map was sharing nearly instantaneously. Do you have any solutions in mind? FYI, I am on my works network which is pretty robust so.. Chad

So I have created a map in Pro and I have about 20-25 layers. I am wanting to Share this map as a Web Map with my organization on ArcGIS Online. When I go to the 'Share' tab and select 'Web Map' everything works smoothly. I analyze my map and the only warnings I get are that my layers do not have feature template. After that I select who I am going to share my map with I hit 'Share' button. After this the progress bar simply states "Queueing.' It has been stuck like this for over an hour, is this normal? Do I have too many layers? Doing something else wrong? Appreciate any feedback!

Owen, Thank you for the reply. How do I go about sharing scenes, images, maps and layers that are used in my story map? I am not seeing that option anywhere. I used some images that were stored on my hard drive, do I need to upload them to ArcGIS Online too? Chad

I am also seeing a pop-up box that says “To ensure this story can be viewed by others you must also share its scenes, scene layers, and embedded apps with your organization. Maps and map layers are shared automatically." How do you share these items?

Hello everyone I have created astory map using ArcGIS Online and created a group to share it with, however, when I go to my content and check the box next to it I do NOT get the option to share the story map. The only options I have are categorize, move and delete. I am trying to share with another organizational account. Does anyone have any tips here? Thanks

I need to add a ArcGIS Online User to my ArcGIS Online Group. My group is setup through an organizational account, however, the user I am trying to invite is a member of a different organizational account. They just recently became a member of their organizations, organizational account. I have tried searching for their name but I am not seeing it. Any tips and/or directions to get invite and/or give them direct access to my ArcGIS Online Group? Thanks

I am in the process of building several models for a project. I am trying to build a version that preforms in ArcMap and duplicating that model in ArcPro or vice versa. One particular model I have built iterates a clip function across a GDB. I knew prior to building the models that there would be empty outputs depending on the clip extent. ArcMap is fine with the empty outputs but ArcPro is not. It is that same exact model except for I built one in ArcMap 10.6.1 and the other in ArcPro, I did NOT run model built in ArcMap in ArcPro or vice versa. Same parameters, same output, etc. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
