Hi VMitch,  Youi may be running into the issue described here - https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/arcgis-pro-2-9-0-crushes-when-i-try-to-import-a/m-p/1119088#M48103 We are aware of a software crash when exporting of a layout that contains "null" text elements. The bug number for this issue is BUG-000144582. Do you have any empty text elements in your layout? Hi rburke-bsrc, I'm assuming that the issue is with the inability to change the transparency on the fill and outline of the graphic polygon converted from the legend. I was able to do a quick test on 2.9 and was successful. I was able to adjust the transparency level of both the fill and the outline of the converted legend patch graphic and see the result draw on the page as expected. Hi emmornille1, Thanks for the suggestions.  Adding a halo to grid/graticule labels is currently possible. 1. Select the grid from the Contents pane and open properties 2. From the Format Map Grid pane click the Components tab 3. Select the labels you want to add the halo to from the components list 4. Click the Symbol button This should take you to a new pane where you can set properties for the label text. Most properties are supported, however, you should be aware that due to the unique nature of grid/graticule labels the many of the position properties, such as Offset X and Offset Y do not work in this context. I'm not familiar with "graticule rulers". This is not something we support "out-of-the-box" in ArcGIS Pro. Hi Caroline,  It looks like you want to vertically offset parts of the graticule label with the degree above the decimal value. Currently there is no solution for this. Hi Andrej, An "empty" text element is considered to have a space but no characters - " ".  A "null" element will have no spaces or characters.  If you have no such elements in your layout and are still experiencing a crash please contact Esri support. They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. Hi JLyon,  Sorry you're running into an issue. I'm unaware of any specific 2.9 issues with opening either a layout view or a table view. It is possible that the combination of variables in your workflow/data was not tested during 2.9 development and a bug got introduced. Hi Hans,  We are currently investigating a similar, if not the same, issue. It sounds like you have a work around by exporting to PDF and then printing from the PDF. If this is an issue that you wish to track I would highly recommend logging this issue with support. They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data.  This could be important if your usecase is different than the one currently being investigated. Hi Zach,  Sounds like you are running into a possible bug. I'm currently no aware of any known issue with this general workflow. Instead of copying the layout, have you tried creating a layout file from your original layout/map series and then using the layout file to author a new layout/map series? As your workflow contains a number of steps - copying and pasting layouts, resourcing map frames, and working with a map series - it is really difficult to troubleshoot based on a forum post.
