I'm not very clear on what you want to do. Are you looking to only display the data from the points that are visible? If that is the case ArcMap does not support this. ArcGIS Pro does.

Hi MAMDOUHZALAKY, What are the X Y coordinates of? If they represent geographic points relative to the data frame - like the center of the map - these coordinates will change when the map extent changes and the map center for the new page different than the previous page's map. This depends on the geometry of the index layer features. Unless the index features all have the same geometry I would expect the X Y coordinates of the data frame, like center, to be the same. If the X Y coordinates are actual geographic features, such as the coordinates of a school, or a point along a river feature, the changing of data driven pages should not affect these values. I don't know what you mean b y "table". ArcMap provides the ability to add individual, dynamic text elements that return data frame coordinates - see the section "Coordinate system dynamic text" in the help topic Working with dynamic text for more information. There is no option to add these in tabular form. If the X Y values are already present in a table you can add a table to the layout by opening the attribute table, opening the Table options drop-down menu and clicking Table to Layout. For more information please refer to the topic Working with table elements. Hope this helps, Tom

Hi Les, Yes, there are ways to do this in a map series. It all depends on what kind text you are working with (layer labels, annotation feature class, or graphic text (map), or graphic text (layout) and the type of map series (spatial or bookmark). Bookmark map series do not support page-driven dynamic text. If the text are graphic (either inserted in the map view or inserted in the layout view) you will not be able to make these dynamic. Graphic text is currently static and will not change. If the text is an attribute of the map series index layer you can use a Map Series dynamic text element (inserted on the layout). This will change based on the visible page. If the text is from an annotation layer you might be able to use a page query to specify which annotation text draw - provided that the annotation has field/values that match the index layer driving the map series. Hope this helps, Tom

Hi Amanda, According to the screenshot provided (thanks for those) it is legend items that are selected in the layout view and not map layers. Though these are similar, they are not the same. Toggling the visibility of layers (within a map) should be the same whether you are in Map View or in Layout View. In the layout view you find the layer underneath the map frame node. Toggling the visibility of selected legend items can be done by selecting the items and while pressing the ctrl key clicking the visibility box of one of the selected legend items. This can also be achieved by pressing the space bar after selecting the items. Hope this helps, Tom

Hi Nikolas, Bookmarks should honor the map rotation present in the map when the bookmark was created. This include the map rotation that can be set in the Map Frame properties. I'm unaware of any specific issues with 2.9. Can you contact Esri Support? They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. They can be contacted at https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support. Thanks Tom

Hi Jurgen, What you describe certainly sounds like a bug. I do know of an issue concerning map service layer legend items not exporting correctly (re: BUG-000138573: Legend items from map services are shown in exports when disabled). Can you contact Esri Support? They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. They can be contacted at https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support. Thanks, Tom

Hi ajkelsey, A line can consist of more than 2 points, or vertices. When using the line tool a single click of the left mouse button places a point of the line. Double clicking the mouse completes the line. Since a circle can be defined by its center (first click) and a radius (mouse drag) completion can be indicated by depressing the mouse button. The Freehand line tool provides an experience similar to drawing a circle. The drag of the mouse inserts the needed vertices of the line. Depressing the mouse button completes the line. Since the line is being drawn "freehand" style it most likely will not be straight. For more information please see the help topic Work with graphic elements in a map. Hope this helps, Tom

Hi Jim, Currently there is no way in ArcGIS Pro to apply a custom shape to a legend patch. There is an idea on the Ideas site - https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-ideas/create-or-import-new-legend-patch-shape/idi-p/1007898 - to which you may want to add your own input. The ArcGIS Pro development team will be monitoring this idea for consideration in a future release. Thanks for the input, Tom

Hi Austin, Currently, no dynamic map series element (table frames, pictures, text) support related fields. Please feel free to add an idea to the Ideas site if you want to see this kind of support in the future. This will help use gauge the demand for such functionality and help us prioritize such work. Thanks, Tom

Hi Rick, My first guess is there may be an issue with the space between "Photo" and "2". It could be a bug. I'm not familiar with any database-specific query limitations. Can you contact Esri Support? They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. They can be contacted at https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support. As a work around try removing spaces from the field values you are querying against to see if that works. Hope this helps, Tom
