The data models included with the industry configurations for the ArcGIS Utility Network Management extension are provided as an Asset Package. We ship the asset packages with sample data and a predefined spatial reference. We have been asked a number of times what is the best way to change the spatial reference of an asset package. We added the function to do this in the 2.1.0.1 update of the untools python package that install and support the Utility Network Package Tools. We were not able to wrap up toolbox to expose it though, so we are providing you a preview of that tool box here. The set up is simple, install the Utility Network Package Tools, unzip the attached file and open the toolbox. Please share your feedback.

Michele, The tools does not have that ability. So you basically would like to evaluate the feature class type against the current user and if they are not a valid user, reject the edit? It would not be too hard to add a new rule to do it.

Bryn, Sorry for the delay, was out on vacation. I reviewed the sample. I believe the issue is with the field weight. The higher number runs first. So switch your feature stats for the fields to run first, meaning a higher field weight number, I set them all to 35. Then your summary of each year, say 30, then the final expression last, say 20. Weights are just relative. Like label weights.
