Yes, still here.  ArcGIS Pro provides a similar capability out of the box.  You can define a group template.  If you start with the corp stop, change the tool to a line tool.  This will let you place the corp stop as the start of the line.  Then add your service line template for the line and service connection template at the end of the line. No magic in the AA.  We are using the connection info from the layer in the map.  The code is fairly basic to make the unversioned edit.  You can review it here.  Search for unversionedEdit.  We are using ITransaction to make an edit outside the edit sessions - ITransactions Interface  If you tried editing an unversioned table in ArcMap and it does not work, make sure to enable non versioned editing in the editor options.  Once you change this, see if you can make an edit to the table. On a side note, we found that there is a chance for duplicate IDs when more than one user is bulk loading data.  As the transactions are happening so fast, the client side logic to generate an ID fails.  We added a beta capability that supports the use of a stored procedure against the generate id table to ensure no dup ids get generated.  Here is an example - local-government-desktop-addins/GetSequenceStoreProcedure at master · Esri/local-government-desktop-addins · GitHub  ... We do sort of support chaining.  For Instance Update Intersecting feature does.  If you change the lateral, and use this rule, it could update the valve.  That change to the valve is logged internally into a change feature list.  Once all the rules are processed on the lateral, the valve is process, which could call update intersecting feature, which could update the laterals, which could also call update intersecting feature, which would update the valve, and keep going till infinitely.  We do have logic to prevent this, but it is not ideal.  Not all rules honor this chaining, but some do. ... This method only required the field name as it gets the feature from the geometric network.  If you change your rule to only list the field you wish to copy, should be all set.  I would also suggest activating the log file, it can help trace a configuration file error. Also, we found that the spatial index needs to be reset after you change the spatial reference.  We will automaticlly do this in the future, but that logic is not in the 2.1.0.1 version of the untools.  For now, please run Add Spatial Index for all the feature classes in the Asset Package. ...
