Calculate is working for my test. Are you using services, fgdb or mobilegdb? Could you zip up the project so I can test?

This is expected behavior. I am not sure you can change from single terminal to a different terminal after initial topo is enabled.

Can you ensure you do not have an older version of the tool on your system. Our only guess is that it is loading a module from an older version of the toolbox. Your stack trace references a function that does not exist anymore.

I believe you are running into this situation: If the device/junctionobect has an existing terminal configuration set(not single terminal) and topology has been enable, you cannot change it to another terminal configuration even when you disable topology. The same goes for a few things, like AssetGroup/AssetType. You can change them, but not after the initial enablement of topo.

You do not need to use the D_Configuration table, that is only to apply a subset of the model.

Is this from the sample data? If so, it is just a mistake in the sample data. The connector should only have one strand per terminal.

The new feature needs a global ID that will be related to the cloned related record, as this is calcuated on the server, you need to use the tags. Check out this topic and looks for this line in the code sample "tag": "jo1", //unique identifier for new feature in the Structure Junction Object class https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geodatabases/overview/attribute-rule-dictionary-keywords.htm
