Thanks for the quick reply Phil. I understand how the functionality is built, and the limitations for improving it. Kind regards. Javier

In my workflow, I am creating a hosted feature service with Survey123, but the first entry is done with Collector, which allows me to take advantage of TPK performance in offline editing, and accurately locate homes in post fire damage assessments. In a second phase I may be require to add more detailed data, which is where Survey123 comes into place to complete all relevant information. In this scenario I won't need to edit the location of the point, thus the geopoint question is set to readonly. However, it would be nice if I can still access the map and zoom/pan to look at the area. I won't be able to submit any changes in this particular feature, so my only option would be to close the window. I'll appreciate any thoughts in this regard.

Good afternoon Phil. Sorry about the delay. I’ve tried something else, and no need to add a calculated field or similar, since everything works as expected. FYI, I believe there is an issue when creating a Survey from an existing one and the folder and associated files that created. I went ahead and deleted any file that didn’t relate to the Survey and that did the trick. Check the screen capture below to illustrated this: Let me know if you have any question. Thanks for getting back with me. Javier

My form contains a repeat with a select_one question to identify the slope. The choice list is as follows: slope <20% Mostly Flat <20% slope 20-50% Sloped 20-50 % slope > 20% Steep >50% No matter what selection I've made, the database takes the value of the label, so I've tried making the select_one question null and created a another field that takes (using a calculation) the value selected in the select_one question. This works indeed, with the caveat that all the answers for this question is automatically changed for all the records in the repeat to the last value selected. I don't think this makes sense, since every record withing the repeat should behave independently of the previous one. Please advise if it might be due to some type of bug.

Good morning James. Sorry for the delay. I understand the limitations. Has Esri ever considered developing any type of functionality to allow the configuration of triggers? I’m aware this quite an ambitious request, but it will definitely add a lot of value. As always, thanks for your support and responsiveness.

Thanks Brandon. I am using custom templates and expecting the feature service to have quite a large number of records. At this point interacting with the map will be my best option. However, I believe implementing a filter by map extent will be highly valuable. Thanks again.

In the data screen on Survey123.com, Is there of way, or are there any plans, to filter the data below the map based on the map extent? I'm thinking about a toggle similar to that use to "Show individual response". Thanks.

I have a repeat that tracks time and temperature, among other variables. The calculation field will allow me to retrieve the maximum and minimum temperature, but I also would like to get the Time for these two values. I don't think an if statement will do the trick, so looking for an option to use something similar to a where clause. Please advise. Thanks.

Thanks James. I’ll give it a try using a repeat. Do I need to configure it to not allow updates? Thanks again.

I'm working on a form that is completed in three different phases. For this purpose I have created a MASTER form that contains all the information I will be completing. This MASTER form contains several groups (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). Taking this into account... FORM A: Uses the submit URL for the hosted featured service generated with the MASTER form and will be used to populate questions for groups 1 and 2 (groups 3 through 6 are not in the xlsx spreadsheet at this time). FORM B: Similar approach to populate groups 3 and 4 (groups 1 and 2 are also included, but all entries are read-only, and groups 5 and 6 have not been included in the xlsx spreadsheet.) FORM C: Same idea to populate groups 5 and 6 (groups 1 though 4 are included as read-only) Everything works fine, but group 6 contains questions that require the user to take pictures. I'm aware that downloading attachments through the inbox is not allowed, but in this case I won't be performing any actions in this regard until I land in FORM C. In my scenario I see the group with the questions to add the pictures, but the entries are grayed out, thus not allowed. Shouldn't there be a check for this in the inbox task? Thanks.

Is there any way we could get access to the source code utilized by Survey123 to build custom reports? We are trying to create a web application to accomplish the same objective. Thanks.

I've just created a survey with pages and noticed that the bottom of the screen only provides the option to go the the next page. Although I can perform this action by tapping the dots at the top of the screen, I think it would make also sense to have a back arrow at the bottom.
