Provide option to sort category selectors by label or category

It would add a lot of value to provide an option where I can decide whether I'd like to sort a category selector list by label or category in the category selector. 

 

The current implementation requires me to go into the service and make adjustments or add a field to take care of this, which doesn't make sense, specially when the data has been generated with Survey123.

This is possible when the category selector is configured for 'Categories from Features'. That is, it is possible to display one field as the labels, and then sort on another. When the selector is configured for 'Categories from Grouped Values' a data expression can be written to control the sort order of selector's options.

@patrickb can you specify how to write a data expression with the "Grouped values" option in the Category selector? I'm also trying to sort by a different field, although the "Features" option does not work in my case.
