I want to use existing external data in a survey using the pulldata() function. The existing data in the csv will need to be updated weekly. To have this data available to the users of the survey I guess the survey with the updated csv will need to be republished each time. Is there a way to automate the publishing of a survey rather than having to manually open Survey123 Connect and go through the publishing process each time? Regards, Finnian

Is it possible to have a survey shared publicly but through Portal so only internal users on a netowrk can access it? This would be a nice way of expanding the reach of surveys internally. Cheers, Finnian

I have a secure AGS Service that points to an internal feature class stored on SDE. The AGS Service is exposed to AGOL as a feature layer. When I add the feature layer to an AGOL map I am prompted to enter my credentials to view the data. So everything works. My question is where does the data go to get to my browser when I view the data in the AGOL map? Physically I'm sitting right next to the server that stores the data, but does this data have to pass outside my office and through AGOL to be shown on the map? Just trying to understand the underlying flow of data as this will undoubtedly effect the speed at which an AGOL map draws. Many thanks, Finnian

I have a feature class and a related table (1-many relationship). I would like to be able to use one of the fields from the related table as a label for the feature class in a web map. Is this possible? Right now when I go into the label configuration settings the only fields that can be used are from the feature class. Cheers, Finnian

One further change I had to make was to update the version of Survey123 Connect I was using to publish the survey. Publishing from an older version didn't fix the error, but after upgrading to 1.8 everything was back to normal.

Hi JTedrick-esristaff, I'm experiencing a similar issue with the latest version on the iPhone. The final calculate field from the image (ResChg_Area_Avg) is now returning a NaN value. I've tried setting default values for each of the calculate fields but this has no change. Any thoughts as to a fix? Cheers, Finnian

Currently some types of fields are not available through the Analyze tab (note and read-only are mentioned). I have calculated fields that also are not visible, should this be the case? It would be good to have them available on the Analyze tab together with the ability to include them in the printed report. Finnian

Within Excel, when selecting 'Create Slide', is it possible to export the legend together with the map image? I can obviously just take a screenshot of the legend but it would be nice if this was done automatically. Cheers, Finnian

We're currently using Survey123 to capture data at sample sites which are off-road. What would be great would be to pre-populate a list of sites that have to be visited and then use Navigator to get to each one. Rather than routing it would be more GPS-style straight line navigation e.g. 100m East, 50m East etc. Is this something that can currently be done, and if not is functionality such as this planned? This would be beneficial to many different field workers where survey sites are not on roads e.g. forestry, environmental monitoring. Cheers, Finnian
