Greetings, I’m experiencing what I believe is a bug when using Survey123, specifically utilizing the calculate feature, on repeat records in survey123. Currently I have two surveys configured. The first survey acts as the initial collection survey. In this particular survey (I’ll be referring to it as ‘Initial Survey’) I have four fields (namely ‘Municipio’, ‘Area’, ‘UnidadEspecializada’, and ‘FechaHoraOcupacion’). When the user collects data, these fields are amongst the first to get collected by the user. Then I’m able to make reference to them in the repeats using the calculate column in the excel spreadsheet. Effectively, I’m copying the value first entered on these fields on the primary table, to related tables. On the Initial Survey, this seems to be working perfectly, however, I have also configured a second survey used for quality control purposes this second survey is using the same feature service as the first. The idea is that a certain group of users collect the initial data using the Initial Survey, then a second group of users is responsible for reviewing the collected data, and make corrections as needed. For this second survey (which I’ll be referring to as QC Survey) I’ve configured a near identical survey, which points at the same data as the Initial Survey does, using the submission url. The problem I’m experiencing, is that if the QC users access the already submitted data, via the inbox feature, and change the value for one of the fields I mentioned beforehand (‘Municipio’, ‘Area’, ‘UnidadEspecializada’, and ‘FechaHoraOcupacion’), the value on the repeat tables does not update. I’ve then tried to get the calculate operation to occur, playing around with the ‘relevant’ row, and I’ve been able to get the calculation to occur, but only to one of the n repeat records. My question then becomes, is this described behavior normal, or is it a bug? Also if there are any alternatives, or any procedures I must take to get this to work as I intend, it would be greatly appreciated. Hi I am having a problem in Survey123 in the organizational account. I have not ran into this problem in the past and I have experience with the software and have previously worked with groups and other team members submitting to the same survey. I have created a Survey for data collection and shared it with a Group (as I have done in the past with other projects). However, when members try to view the survey in Survey123.arcgis.com the Surveys don't appear in My Surveys page (it is shared with sender and viewer in collaboration tab); this after having shared with the group, the organization and tried changing user type to all levels even administrator. The members can see the survey through the field app but not on the My Surveys page so they can create a report. if any one has info about this problem I would appreciate it. It is critical that we get these licenses working to manage the crisis at hand. Thanks, Diego Llamas

Hi Robert, Basically we are creating a massive appraisal project that send information to the citizen by email with photo. That photo is the box, we tried esri service but we notice a displacement with the planimeter object is significant. Also the image service that we have has a much better resolution if we want to show 1:282 scale with esri service it really bad. . Hi, I am trying to do an "export Map image" from my own Base map service (cached) using ArcGIS Rest Api. If i use an ArcGIS Online service I get back an image as you can see here: https://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer/export?bbox=-7357068.9783%2C2085124.2274%2C-7357010.7117%2C2085077.2672&bboxSR=&layers=&layerDefs=&size=&imageSR=&format=png&transparent=false&dpi=&time=&layerTimeOptions=&dynamicLayers=&gdbVersion=&mapScale=102400&rotation=&datumTransformations=&layerParameterValues=&mapRangeValues=&layerRangeValues=&f=html But when I try to use my own Base Map service and do an export map image using the exact same parameters i use using AGOL basemap service, I get a blank response. no error, just blank We create the cache using the AGOL, GOOGLE option from ArcGIS Pro. Hello, we have an HA environment that was doing correctly the webgisdr backup fine until last 4/10/2020, after that we have not been able to run it manually from task scheduler or from command prompt it just stays "starting webgis DR utility" and nothing else happens we have 2 portal, 2 web servers, 2 load balancer, 2 servers and 2 data stores. 1 shared server 10.7.1 Enterprise VM Servers In the log file we notice that is trying to run the utility but it can not pass from there the webgisdr was configured at the shared server (portal and server conf files) and it is run from there by the task scheduler but we are not able to re run it. we were trying to run it manually so we could have the latest backup so we could install some security patches to server but since then we have not been able get it done. Hello, We have 2 different Surveys and we are seen this behavior. When we open the fist survey in the browser we have the situation with some questions from our survey using the question type select one within a group. When selecting one of the options, only the option is shaded but the dot is not visible checked. In this other survey, using the table list appearance when the survey is opened from a cell phone the options does not fit the iphone 11 screen. Hello, We create a web survey that more than 80,000 people will answer it via web. We know that if we want that people answer this, we need to put it public. so, web form and feature service will be public and web map will be share with organization. this survey has several sensitive questions and we want to protect it... My question is, how can we protect the feature service, how can we hide it? how can we hide the sensitive information? we are thinking in download everyday the data and delete it from feature service. Hi James, Yes, the photo is labeled with the question they were taken.. As you can see the image, the photo is there, if we select one of the 3k points. but the attachment name looks like a date compere with new points, the photo name is really random and long. as shown on the preview. is there a way to correct the attachment keywords to correct it? Hello James, We had a survey with photos, these photos were not on a repeat. So we create a new survey (with the exact same fields) we just add a repeat for certain fields. So we download the data from survey 1 on a FGDB, then using ArcGIS Pro we use the service from Survey 2 and with append tool we upload the data with the photos. 3K points with 24k attachments ( 8 fields with photo option). Then when we check this in survey123.arcgis.com we can see the photos on the right side, but when we create the preview or the actual report (default layout or one we create) we are not able to see photos in it. Hello, I’m having issues with Survey123 Feature Reports, In particular I’m unable to get images to be included in the generated report. The hosted feature layer used for Survey123 Feature reports contains around 3000 features that were imported from another Feature Layer( from an old version of a Survey to collect data from affected structures on January earthquake in Puerto Rico). The import was successful, These records preserved their relationships and their attachments. On the Feature Reports page, it can be appreciated that for the selected feature, photos are available (Attachment1.jpeg) However, when I use the default template(1), (and a custom made template), photos are not included either on the Preview document(2), nor in the generated document. For new records collected using survey123, Photos can however be seen both in the Feature Reports page(3), and in generated report samples(4). Hello, We had over 150 tools in the model and in certain number of tools it just crashed and after that I was not able to edit the model, so I had to do dan's suggestion i broke it down into submodels and after that it worked, I am creating a phyton script to avoid this. Thanks, DLL
