Error with arcgis server 01 when try to upgrade from 10.9.1 to 11.5 HA environment,

Hello.

I am doing An enterprise high-availability system upgrade. Enterprise was upgraded from version 10.9.1 to version 11.5. An error occurred with one of the servers, server 01. The other components—both web adapters, both portals, GIS server 02, and the datastores—upgraded successfully; however, GIS server 01 failed to upgrade.

Basically when installing new version 11.5 on server01 machine, arcgis server windows service, change from log on as with domain user, to log on as Local system. 

 I change log on as user to the domain user that was used with all the other components but site does not start 

i checked instances and arcgiserver.exe, cmd.exe, javaw.exe and rmid.exe are running but arcsoc.exe are not. What should i check of try to do in order site works? any idea.
