Hey Tyson, Thanks for sharing this feedback. Are your GIS admins publishing the web maps or the basemaps as well? Can you share some scenarios where a field worker would need to switch from the published basemap (ex. web map was published using World Street Map, but they are in the wilderness so topographic would be more beneficial)?
