If the impedanceAttributeName parameter is TravelTime, the values specified as the defaultBreaks parameter are interpreted to be in minutes, and the service generates time-based service areas. Otherwise, the values are interpreted to be in miles or kilometers based on whether the impedanceAttributeName is set to Miles or Kilometers, respectively, and the service generates distance-based service areas." ... Hi @mrgao, I would assume 3.17 can handle this, at least it displays when you click the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer link. The features are extremely small polygons, so you might want to make sure the view extent and zoom level is correct in your app.   ... View more
